CPR Cell Phone Repair Flint — Attraction in Flint Charter Township

SCAMMERS. I bought an iPhone 6 from them and it was the worst mistake of my life. The lady who sold it to me said the phone was only 3 months old. After I bought it, I contacted apple and it was 9 months old. Thats there first lie. Second lie was from the owner. He said it had an oem screen. It did not have an oem screen since there was a dead pixel on the screen and I took it to apple since this is covered under warranty. Apple voided my warranty because this was not an oem screen. It was an aftermarket replacement. Then I noticed the sound is muffled when talking on the phone. Apparently the technician who replaced the screen didnt take off a plastic sticker on the replacement screen. Keep in mind this is all right as I bought it. I asked for a refund since this is false advertising and not what i paid for. I paid for an oem 3 month old iPhone 6 not a cracked 9 month old iPhone 6 that had a screen replacement. The owner refused to refund me becuase they dont take refunds but when you lie to a customer, those rules don't apply. I didnt even get a chance to use it and its like this. They fixed the sound problem after their third try and the owner didnt want to fix the screen that had a dead pixel. He said this was how the phone was sold but that contradict his 30 day warranty that covers anything that impairs the use of the phone. A dead pixel defentily impairs the use of the phone. After begging when really I should have called the cops for scamming and lieing to me, he finally changed to screen. Fast forward a few months later, I noticed my phone is stuck in headphone mode. After taking it to a different technician, we found that someone put a small piece of aluminum foil into the headphone jack because it was faulty. The real story is they bought the phone cracked (we know because the edge is chipped badly from where it was dropped and it has a replacement screen) for cheap, put a cheap aftermarket screen on it and sold it for full retail. This is fine but dont lie to me and tell me that this is an oem screen and that its 3 months old. If it has a replacement screen on it, tell me it has a replacement screen. Dont lie and tell me its an oem screen and 3 months old. I have the resources to check these things. As a business owner myself, this is disappointing on how you treat your customers. I treat all my customers with honestly and if I make a mistake, you will be refunded no questions asked. That didnt happen here. Lying and scamming happened here. When you got caught in the lie if you were a true business owner and not a money hungry business, you would have immediately gave a refund but you didnt. THIS IS THE WORST PHONE PLACE TO EVER GO TO! I got my phone fixed here, and have had unstop problems since. They messed up so many things on my phone once they replaced my screen. They are not intelligent at all. A 5 year old would know more about fixing phones than the people running this do! When i brought my phone in, I was confident because of all the good reviews, but they did nothing but screw me over. I have wasted more gas going to them in the past week, than i have in an entire month! Every single time i have come in here, i had to come right back in the next day with another problem they had caused. Whenever i had brought my phone in, they talked to me like it was all my fault. They thought i physically took my screen off and messed with everything inside of my phone. WHY WOULD I DO THAT?! I do not recommend this place TO ANYONE! Their service is horrible, and their workers have the IQ of a two year old. Plus they don't give refunds, so they decide to screw you over, but still take your money! TOTAL SCAM WOULD NOT RECCOMEND FOR ANY SCREEN REPLACEMNET: I went in to get my cracked screen on my iPhone 6s repaired less than a month ago. I went in today after a 30 minute drive and talking on the phone about the 1 year warranty. The glue that was holding the new replaced screen came up and the screen was now not intact with my phone. After driving 30 minutes the woman told me they wouldn't fix it under warranty but they'd give me $10 off the screen replacement making the total only $160. Total scam. I first paid $175 a month ago to get this damn phone fixed but it was too janky to last and came loose. If warranty didn't cover this then I'm not sure what it would cover. Have in mind, there were no cracks or anything on the screen or any sign of customer misuse. This place is complete crap and their warranty is bullshit. I am beyond pissed I paid $175 for my phone to be in worse condition than when I first brought it in a month ago.
