The Scenic Boat Ride in St. Augustine was amazing went yesterday to the 245pm tour nice cool breeze and relaxing had a great time only little downside or pointers I would give is at the beginning of the tour the caption mention have 2 maids aboard and how the top deck could get up and move around when we got underway that is all the main directions we got ( minus giving us tour info) I felt like no one on the boat knew they could get up and get drinks and snacks or were under the impression the maids were going to come around and offer them maybe at the beginning I think the caption could mention further detail how we could get up and get food or drink or even halfway through the cruise I think many guest thought it wasn't an option and the heat out there is super hot that definitely would have been a good selling point even at the end of the cruise My bf said he felt bad no one really gaveĀ a tip and again I think it came down to most guest not knowing they could get up and request food and drink or other way around if the maids were to come aroundĀ I sat at the very front of the boat at the bottom not sure if they did come around and go everywhere but there but just my insight a big selling point they could capitalize on, also there was a lady at the front of the marina booth area we asked where to go and she seemed semi grunchy not sure if she affiliated with the boat itself she aggressively asked where we purchased our tickets ( kinda came of like she was semi annoyed we didn't purchase from her and maybe like a commission thing) btw we purchased by one the trolls ticket booths but all...

Once we got there to get the physical tickets they told us we couldnāt get on the boat because they said they only had two seats left and we were a family of four, yet we had bought our tickets in advance. The incredibly rude lady at the ticket station told us that buying the tickets at the Trolley station would not reserve us a spot and told us to go to any Trolley location to get a refund. Once we got to a Trolley location a nice guy told us that THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SAVE US SEATS BECAUSE WE HAD PAYED IN ADVANCED FOR THEM. Thatās the policy, yet they didnāt give us the seats we had paid for. The guy was so nice that he walked with us all the way to the area of the boat tour because that was not supposed to happen, we had our seats reserved. Literally when we got there a family of three was buying tickets although they had told us they only had two seats. We and the nice guys confronted the people. They didnāt even respond when we told them that they had just sold tickets to a family of 3 when they said they only had room for two people. Those two people especially the old lady were so rude. They had really bad customer service. In the end, they didnāt let us get on the boat. It ruined the mood of my family and messed up our schedule. Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible experience, I bought the tickets to go on the cruise at 6:45 the lady called some person from the office you do the check-in or register your ticket whatever it is, the thing is, I was with my 2 kids - 3-year-old and she charged for the tickets because she said the other person on the phone told her it was space available. So we went to the office to do the check-in and this guy told us that there is no space available and, that we also had to wait half an hour or so to see if they have any space for any cancelations. Well we never went on the cruise because it was no space available the worst thing is... that I lost my money nobody could help me to get a refund, my husband went back to the lady and she said the office was closed to make a request, I don't live here I live 6 hours away from here when I will get the refund? Never; because I came on a holiday where nobody can help you. I am disappointed. Even was another gentleman that told the guy at the office that he was back and the guy told him the same thing he told me, no space. This gentleman said I came 3 hours ago and you are telling me the same thing. I don't know if they do this to take the money away from you.
