At first glance this seemed like a quality salon, bursting with potential however looks can be deceiving. After entering I had to wait about 15-20 minutes just to receive service at the empty salon. Then the woman doing my nails was ready and didn’t clean or sanitize her station from the last client. In the middle of my service, the previous client came back to complain about her nails, which I should have taken as a warning. My nail tech, Yureillz, proceeded to come back and talk bad about that client and their interaction to me. She did this while claiming to be “professional” and continued to talk about how this salon is a professional place. She then told me she had to FaceTime her friend to tell her what happened. She was on FaceTime for the remainder of the appointment and paid more attention to that rather than my nails. Then before I know it she is painting my nails and leaves them to cure for about 10 seconds, which leads me to believe they were under-cured. When she finishes the bumpy, uneven paint job she proceeds to file and shape my nails. That left the edges rough, unaesthetic, and extremely thick. This was the most unprofessional nail salon I have ever wasted my time at. Immediately after my appointment I went to another salon to get my nails fixed. I must say I was shocked that this place received such positive reviews but I regret to say this was not my experience in the slightest. First impressions last and all this salon did was leave a nasty taste...

Renamed, remodeled BUT quality & service NOT the same! I asked for dip French mani and basic pedi. Lily kept jerking my arms forward. She missed a side of my nail. There’s pieces of skin on my cuticles. They’re rougher than when I walked in! I like my nails super short because I type crazy speeds! She filed three of my nails to the point one bled and the other two are super painful right now. I came home and have been hydrogen peroxide on them so I don’t get an infection. The ends are filed uneven. She never washed my hands. When she put cuticle oil on she literally had to pick off little chunks of dip all over my hands. If this nail place was free and the last salon open, I’d give it a hard pass. Clearly they’re doing their own reviews to bolster their 4.8. No way anyone is happy. The lady before my daughter was unhappy and voiced her opinion and walked out and came back and the nail tech yeillsy or whatever was so unprofessional I felt sorry for her. Then my daughter got the same nasty nail tech who - no joke - got on a FaceTime call during my daughter’s appointment and stayed talking to her friend the whole time! My daughter almost cried once we were to car. But I took her to Left Bank Nails and Lauren fixed her nails for her. People, we all have choices where we take our business, trust me when I tell you to go...

First time trying out this place., this is out of my area but in the case we were specifically looking for a place to treat my Grandmother to a pedicure. We specifically needed someone to help her out with her ingrown toe nails. 💅 🦶 I called several places and this one sounded just right. We got her the DELUXE PEDICURE and Express Manicure. They sat her down right away and let her feet soak and treat her to some white wine 🍷 (her choice). Even thou we waited quiet a while for someone to help her out it was worth the wait. Lily was the pedicurist who helped her and she was amazing., she went above and beyond. She was patient with her and made sure she was comfortable at all times. She worked really good on her ingrowns and even thou it was hard she definitely felt the relief afterwards.

The places looks pretty new., I asked and they told me it had been opened barely about 5 months. I am glad we found it calling around. I will definitely try it for myself next time I need a pedicure.

The only downside side I saw was that they don’t have a waiting area. We had to sit on a pedicure chair to wait for grandma to have her pedicure done but no other seats to wait were available.

Another thing was a bit hard to find Parking 🅿️ but when I went inside they told me the garage behind the Nail Salon is available for parking.

100 percent recommend...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I usually go to Magnolia Nails in McKinney, but I commute to Fort Worth and needed to get my nails done. I was so excited to see that Magnolia Nails just opened here in Fort Worth three weeks ago, and they did not disappoint! My nail technician, Lily, was absolutely amazing! She took her time and was such a perfectionist, which I really appreciated. I asked for a thin, natural look, and she delivered it flawlessly. I decided to try dip with cat eye for the first time, and it turned out stunning! Lily also waxed my legs (my first time ever), and she made the entire experience so comfortable and wonderful. She was kind, sweet, and so talented—truly a gem. The salon itself is so clean, modern, and beautiful. The beautiful front desk young lady who greeted me when I called to make an appointment was also incredibly sweet and approachable, making the whole experience even better. I will continue to recommend Magnolia Nails to all my friends and family! Plus, they’re offering 20% off everything right now until FEBRUARY 2nd, so run, don’t walk, to check them out!
