Edge Escape Room — Attraction in Four Corners

I brought my young daughter for her first escape room that she had begged to go to. However, what I didn’t anticipate affecting her experience, was her anxiety. She immediately had a panic attack just because she didn’t know what to expect (even though I explained in Painstaking detail what an escape room entailed). She had a meltdown and I felt awful.

I cannot express enough how incredible the staff is at this location. Brendan was our game master and from the start, he was kind and welcoming and was so sweet to my daughter. When my daughter begged to just leave after no more than a minute into the game, Brendan came in to help. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for his patience, empathy and understanding toward a kid like mine who is commonly riddled with anxiety. She was having a legitimate panic attack and he never pushed or rushed her. He provided gentle ideas and suggestions to hopefully persuade her into participating. Including coaching her through breathing exercises and walking her through the first few puzzles.

Though she was doing really well (from the open threshold of the room and not a step closer) Ultimately, she couldn’t be persuaded and we ended up cutting the experience short. But as far as I’m concerned, this location gets a five star rating for me. The room was fun and cute and unique from what little I did see and discover, but perhaps even more than that, the service, compassion and care that was shown to us guarantees that I’ll be back to partake in all their games. Edge Escape Room exceeded all our expectations with their thrilling and creative rooms. We tried "Save the Magic School" and "Wonderland," which were great for beginners and incredibly enjoyable. Moving on to "Jewel Thief" and "Adventure S.O.A.E.," we faced more challenging puzzles that really tested our teamwork and problem-solving skills.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed, including complimentary water to keep us refreshed during our intense brain-teasing sessions. The only downside?
