Goodwater Pizza and Winery — Attraction in Gatlinburg

I would love to give a better review, while we were visiting Gatlinburg, this ended up having our favorite flavors, the man doing the tasting was the best. I would have loved to have given 5 stars but, We purchased a bottle and when we returned home noticed it contained fruit flies. I get it… not a huge deal I had planned on ordering some slushies offline, I reached out and received a quick response, was absolutely delighted that Laura offered to send a new bottle. Well that was 5 weeks ago I have reached out since trying to see what happened and have received no response. I’m disappointed, because otherwise it’s amazing. My boyfriend and I had the best time at this winery. We were visiting from Baton Rouge, and we're unsure about the other wineries because they looked more like Boone's Farm type (sugary, low grade). We looked up Good Water, saw that it had a great rating and decided to try it out. WE ARE SOOOO HAPPY WE DID! Uncle Steve walked us through each wine while telling stories about his family who owns the winery. We enjoyed talking with him so much! He showed us how to mix a spiced mulled cider with the Knotty or Nice spiced wine and we were in heaven. Highly recommend the blackberry muscadine also!

This place was wonderful to visit in person. But I do not suggest trying to do business online. The phone doesn’t get picked up. The voicemail stays full. Calls are not returned. When finally catching the manager by chance today to check on our 64$ order (one bottle of muscadine) I explained that we had been waiting and calling daily. Our order processed for 4 days straight. When explaining how terrible the customer service was and asking for explanations the conversation ended with “I’m just gonna refund your order.” Trust me.
