If you are the owner, I highly recommend finding a more suitable representative for your business. Bam was not only inauthentic but also extremely disrespectful. This was our first visit in three years, and it couldn’t have been more disappointing.
My wife and I were the first ones at the counter, only to be immediately met with a sales pitch. When I asked if Bam received any commission for promoting the wine trail (I would have bought if he did), his response was, “I wouldn’t tell you even if I did.” I purchased one wine trail sampling for my wife, and then only took the basic sampling for myself. As more people joined us, Bam seemed to completely disregard us as customers. When I inquired about the three wines I was interested in, he abruptly stopped the tasting and asked what I wanted, making it clear I was taking too long. I tried to respond, but he refused to answer my questions, repeating that I was holding up the tasting. At that point, I decided to step away and went to the back bar, where I was greeted by Doug. Doug was incredibly helpful, explained everything, and answered all my questions. Erin was also outstanding and very attentive.

However.. we encountered another worker, Ricky, who knew the family member I entered the store with. He was giving her hostile stares and uttering unkind remarks beneath his breath.
Upon departing to dine, they received a call from the same Ricky individual, who was instigating. We had intended to return to the store en route to purchase wine. I am uncertain as to why, but Ricky was issuing verbal threats to the family members accompanying me.
I am profoundly disappointed by the disrespect and behavior displayed by this young man. The staff's decision to call law enforcement, rather than attempting to calm the situation, was disappointing in response to the youth's provocative behavior.
This is an unfortunate outcome, as we all appreciated the wine and, as previously mentioned, Randy was excellent. Hopefully, the staff can investigate the matter and discipline Ricky...

The reason this is two stars: we decided to place a large order to take advantage of their sale, and ended up getting three cases (this place has good wine)! The manager tried to convince us to buy a fourth case with confusing language, and was really pushy about it. We had already gone to a few tastings before this and were slightly tipsy. It made me really uncomfortable and wasted a lot of our time trying to figure out what was going on.
For those looking for specifics: this place had a "buy 9 bottles get 3 free" deal. She was saying that once we bought 3 cases, we'd get a 4th case free.
