I will give this place a flaming Zero star if possible. Total scam artist wearing apple logos.
I had an iphone 7 plus 256GB for about two years, it crapped out for some reason that prevent it from turning on nor can be diagnosed with Apple system. In other word no one know what happen. The tech come to a conclusion that its time to say goodbye to that phone and get a replacement, which i agree since its already two yrs old. I questioned the replacement phone that was given to me, the tech confidently assured me that it was brand new (not refurbish or used). Got the phone set up and running for 9 good days, the phone started to flickered on the 10th day, totally blackout 8 hrs after I contacted apple care. Took it back to this branch, they cant figured out whats wrong, they looked for water dmg or any crack or scratches but can find anything. Then the phone was taken to the back room for a few mins, later the tech came out showing a picture of an opened up iphone and said it had water damage. I know the phone never reaches the water, just regular uses. However this place avoid responsibility of selling me a piece of you know what and pushing the responsibility to me. I was told i need to pay for another replacement phone. I asked for a video documentation of my phone got taken apart and show me the damage, but they said they cant do it. So they are free to say whatever they wanted. I ended up walking out of this store and contacted Apple support over the phone, gave them my spill of the story, they said i can send the phone in for them to check. The only problem is my phone left me for a few mins to those scam artists, who know what they did in the back room. Also the process will takes weeks to solve anything. I also recommend this location be place under review but then i was told they fully trust their people under whatever circumstances and that they refuse to review their tech or franchise location. If i wanted to pursue this matter i can take it to the police. These aren’t my technicians and i refuse to do the QA job for a corporation i don’t have and stocks in.
Here are my advices:
P.S. not all Apple location are bad. I bought a brand new iphone for a gift, when the recipient opened it up the screen was cracked. I took it back and i was given a replacement phone without any question. This was in California several years ago. If apple QA and HR care for their customers then make sure we got professional services throughout...
Read moreThe worst experience ever!!!!!! This happened to me today and just want to write a bad review so managers from this billion dollar company (Apple) can be aware of what you guys hire.......
I had an appoinment today at 12:15pm. The Apple store was the one in 7700 W Arrowhead Towns Center, Glendale, AZ 85308. I walked in to get help and everyone was busy (nothing bad about that) I reached out to a gentalman and he assist me well and sat me down where the tech will be seeing me.
I waited and finally Rome showed up to help. I spoke to her about my issue and she explained to me that theres nothing they can do to help.
So, i pretty much felt like my Apple Product was worth nothing now.
So i ask for a manager to hear a second persons opinion and to see if maybe theres other option for me, but she continue to insist on calling the manager and continue arguing. I told her i don't want nothing to do with her no more and to call her manager. i asked multiple-times times and she didn't want too.
So this is when things got a little different with customer service.
She started telling me to calm down and that she is a US Vet and i need to respect her and that she has PTSD and all i wanted to speak is to a manger.
She walked away by saying " be careful how you speak to me because then we really going to speak like MEN.
I have never felt so mad and disrespected in my life. I literaly stood up and took it as a threat.
And still no manager in sight....
I waited frusturaded and very upset.
Then Felix came by and took over the mess. He is the manager there. what he did was take my laptop, took it to the back and came back with a clear answer for me.
The problem wasn't solved, and i came to realize that the person that got me upset and was being disrespectful was Female dressed as a Man. I didn't know that until the end.
That right there is one problem...
Now, i am not stating that any gender is less then a man, how ever, i was prepare to protect myself due to the mis interpretation she gave me.
I let my belief down now....I feel different now from that incident. I feel Bad, Sad, and disgusted with myself. This was something i never wanted to experience.
I would never in my life react that way towards a women because of the incomparable amount of respect I have for them.
After i notice, i apologized to her first and tried to forgive myself. I still feel bad...
As of today, i will no longer spend my hard earning money with apple due to the issue that wasn't solved and for the representation apple has. its sad but i can't let this company show me more bad experiences.
I will contact Corp. and let them know about my incident and see what they have to...
Read moreI recently had a very unpleasant experience at the Apple Store while attempting to resolve an issue with a warranty item. From the moment I began speaking with an employee, it was clear that he was unwilling to assist and was dismissive and condescending in his responses. I could tell almost immediately that he wasn’t interested in fulfilling the warranty obligations for the item, so I asked to speak with a manager to avoid further confrontation.
When the manager, Kaia, arrived, I was surprised by her approach. Instead of addressing the employee’s behavior, she asked me not to speak to her staff in a certain way. This was frustrating because the rudeness had come from the employee, not from me. Her initial attitude was standoffish, likely based on the incorrect information she had received from her employee, which only made the situation more uncomfortable.
Previously at this location, a representative refused to exchange the item, telling me the item was too soon to exchange. How can an item be too soon to exchange because it wasn’t damaged enough, to months later (now), it’s too damaged and they refused to exchange the item. It makes no sense because the item is warranty for one year.
At one point, Kaia reprimanded me for using hand gestures while speaking, even though that is simply how I communicate—there was nothing aggressive about it. Her unnecessary comment set a negative tone for the entire interaction.
The situation worsened when the employee continued to be rude, not only to me but also to Kaia. He refused to exchange the item, despite it being under warranty, and repeatedly told me to "have a nice day" in a sarcastic and condescending tone. He said have a nice day 5 times, in my face, before I told him to get out of my face. It was clear he knew he was being rude, and it was disappointing that Kaia did not address his behavior directly sooner before I said something.
Although the item was eventually exchanged, the overall experience was deeply insulting and embarrassing. Kaia’s comment about exchanging the item "this time" felt like an unnecessary and petty remark, adding to the frustration. If an item is under warranty, it should be exchanged without such condescending comments.
In the end, this experience at the Apple Store was outrageous and disappointing. The situation could have been handled much better, and I left feeling disrespected and frustrated.
Eventually Kaia apologized and was supportive of exchanging the item, but it was unnecessary.
Lastly, thanks for the very nice employee or Apple representative named Maryanna, she was helpful and nice and eventually helped calm me down from the...
