Hat Club — Attraction in Glendale

I was impressed by the wooden shelving and clean presentation that goes beyond the norm of typical metal racks. These guys know what they are doing - legit super clean and very organized display of hats. It’s best to come on Saturday for the new release days. The new hats are limited and usually come with a creative hat pin👊🏼. Folks camp out - so be ready 😬. The rep was super friendly and helpful.

A couple of insights - if you buy their hats online you can become an insider member for a year after spending $100(that’s about two hats). When that takes place, they random select a group of insiders to have early access to a new releases which is great. It’s challenging and rough though to be online on new release dates - having a few hats in your cart and your checking out all excited - then out of nowhere all sold out😭. Sometimes you get lucky- that is why it’s worth camping out for the new release in person. The selection of their hats is good but their employees flat out suck. I walked in and the guy didn't want too help me and was ignoring me but when another guy walked in he was being nice and helpful, to make it worse when I went to checkout I was offered the protection charge and I refused but yet I was still charged and to top it all off when the guy was done spraying the protectant spray on the hat he threw the hat on the counter and said "Here you'll thank me later". Definitely not what I expected when I walked in and I will never return back, save yourself from rude employee's and buy your hats online, at another location, or another...

I went into the Glendale location to exchange a hat I purchased at the chandler location 2 days ago. Didn’t wear it simply changed my mind and wanted to exchange it. Kid at the front was not only rude but, refuses to exchange my brand new hat. Nothing was wrong with it. He stated it looked dusty? Excuse me kid? Horrible customer service at this location.
