Regency Event Venue & Banquet Hall — Attraction in Glendale

I was very sadden by the way the owner Gayane conducted herself at my daughters sweet 16. She would walk around the venue looking at my guest with dirty looks and covering her ears as if the music was too loud. She commented " one of your guest really gifted you $30.00, well I am not surprised since I know sometimes your people don't even bring gifts" I was in shock and simply smiled and simply continued doing what I was doing. Then she threaten to shut down my event if I didn't kick out guest that she stated were not paid in advance for I told her ok fine ill pay for them but please don't make me kick them out. Later she was refusing entrance to my guest that were simply smoking a cigaret and then asked them to go get their ticket so they can prove they were. there already. The Valet parking staff was over charging my guest and asking for $15.00 . The mood and poor customer service given throughout the night was very overwhelming since I had to spend most of the time getting complaints from her because she believe people were sneaking in. My daughters special day was ruined the waitress and entire staff the night of my event were not happy to work my event the food served was not good and I never got offered a date for food tasting. And on top of it all she stopped my event one before hour stated in contract. I cried outside speaking to my family and friends I had a great day and night planned for this person to treat me as if I wasn't paying enough for her services. I am a hispanic single mother and she knew my I was desperate so she took more money from me and still treated...

Celebrating our daughter's 18th Birthday at the Regency Event Venue with family and friends last month is quite remarkable. Everyone was at awe of how the venue's intricate and modern set up combined created such an elegant venue - a perfect venue for any special occasion. We were very grateful we chose this place to celebrate our daughter's debut. We would strongly recommend Regency Event venue to anyone. We were very impressed with the excellent service provided by the professional staff headed by the venue manager, Albert Sahakyan. The staff were very friendly, kind and honest. My review is strictly on customer service. We were scheduling a sweet 16 for my sister and we gave about $2,000 downpayment. Due to family issues, we were forced to cancel the event, and according to their "policies" they give ZERO refunds. While I understand that dates are crucial, our event was 8 months ahead, which definitely I think was not the best way to handle it. So beware before scheduling your event...
