I have shopped various times since my last post, and have never had any problems with any of the stores. Today, July 16th, we first visited Shopper Services to pickup a coupon book before we shopped for a few back to school clothes for my daughter. We made our rounds to Nike, Puma, Calvin Klein, and Wetzel's Pretzels. All the staff member's were welcoming and pleasant except the one's at Wetzel's Pretzels. They just seemed like they were done for the day, and ready to go home.
Our last stop was at Tilly's. We had a little more than 10 minutes to shop, basically about 12 minutes, and we walked in the store. A big girl with crimped, crazy big hair, stopped us when we were inside the store, and told us they were closed. I told her "No, you are not closed. The mall closes at 9 p.m. Therefore, we still have until 9 p.m. to shop or look around." She replies "Well, are you going to take long? Are you going to hurry up?" Seriously?!! Who treats their customers like that, especially, when they are there to spend loads of money towards earning rewards point for their American Express Platinum Card! I responded "Of course. She's just going to look around." Yeah right! My daughter?!!
Anyway, I have never had anyone from a store behave like that, EVER!! No excuses whatsoever!! My husband confronted the so-called Manager, and all she had was an excuse, and said "Someone ran out of the store with a bunch of merchandise, and we're pretty upset about it. I'm sorry about that." Yet, other employee's were allowing customer's to walk in their store with no problem. We will NEVER shop at this store location again!!!
This was my last post... This is a great outlet mall. I like the fact that you can sign up for their rewards for an affordable price, and get back by turning in your receipts or by going online. They also offer to Military and Veteran's. They offered to my hubby, and explained the benefits to him as well, without having to pay. Awesomeness!! Every time you visit, you can get a coupon book, and save each time! And, I am very frugal! So, that is a plus in my book! Various shops to choose from as well as a...

Read moreI like Tanger only because Ishop at a few store that are not close to where I live, yet I've done some comparison shopping to see if being "outlet" stores, it really was less price wise than the regular brick and mortar stores as well as the regular online prices...NOT...
Yesterday 2.27.22 My spouse and I went to find a winter jacket since they are all on sale right now... We we've to a few stores and found exactness what we wanted at the "Guess Outlet" store. We both found the perfect ones for our needs, and so I compared the "regular" Outlet price to the online price and the price at a regular store, and as I stated earlier... NOT..
The online price, the brick and mortar store price, and the Outlet store were the exact same price. Granted, the jackets were 50% off because of the end of season sale, but when I asked the lady as we were checking out if the tag price was the price before the sale, and she said yes!!
This won't stop me from shopping there because it is a one-stop shopping for me, yet do your research because the BIG name stores at outlets aren't really different at all. Sales are amazing right now though cause the jackets we bought were normally $125 with 60% off.....
