I called and left a message about "headshot" photos and got a call back, from Rafael, within a few hours. I asked about same day service and Rafael was very professional and accommodating; I was able to schedule a same day shoot and also receive one "touched-up rush" headshots via email that evening. Rafael explained the "shoot" process as he was setting up and getting us ready for the shoot including reviewing the various backgrounds and his assistance with getting optimal photos / headshots (for my need) was very helpful to me. Additionally, we went through all the photos, together, right after the shoot, and I could see first hand how they turned out and select the "rush" photo. I really appreciated the time Rafael took to make sure I was happy with the shoot and photos; he is accommodating and also has a varied selection of "prop" glasses in case the ones you wear don't work well with the photos - that also helped make a big difference for me. I don't usually do reviews but my fiance and I were so pleased with The Light Committee's work and experience that we had to do this one! I had been looking for a place to have a professional headshot for residency applications (ERAS) for a few weeks and all the places I found asked for you to pick the headshots you wanted retouched on the spot! That is quite a big ask for such an important decision, this is the only picture programs see when they are making a decision to hire you or not! The Light Committee was the only place I found (I live about 2 hours away) that gives you all your shots and lets you take your time to pick whichever ones you want to touch up!
