Velvet & Verde — Local services in Granbury

Stopped into this boutique last week with my mom. A young lady was the only employee we saw working. Did not catch her name but she had long brunette hair. She not only didn't bother to greet us when we walked in, but later while we were shopping, I made a point to smile and say "hello" to her and she straight up looked right at me and passed by without a word. We had every intention in buying a few items, but I left them at the store due to feeling extremely unwelcome. It's a shame, because there were many cute items in the store, but unfortunately, I couldn't recommend spending your hard earned dollar here in light of the lack of customer service we experienced, especially when there are many other cute boutiques to support who will welcome...

I have watched and shopped at Velvet & Verde from when they were just an online boutique. I love watching their growth over the past years. Shopping in-store is always a treat when I'm in town!
