This place just oozes Granbury from the moment you pull into the parking lot. Image location is awesome: it's just off the square and across the street from the lakeside beach. My favorite thing about this place, though, is that it smells like my grandmother's house. As soon as you walk through the doors and the bell jingle jangles that smell hits you like a ton of bricks: not bad, not good, just ... OLD. At the end of the day, this is an antique store, by I'm not really sure who gets to decide where the line is drawn between "antiques" and "junk". And that's part of the major charm of this place: walking around imagining that this stuff was one day a valuable treasure to its owner and now it's either still a valuable treasure, or junk.    Read moreThe antique mall itself was fine, with a lot of stuff to look through, and I would have loved to stay and browse longer. Unfortunately, the two ladies working behind the counter were having a very loud conversation with each other, spewing right wing political conspiracy theories and a lot of other offensive nonsense. I tried very hard not to listen, but it was impossible not to hear. I finally decided to leave. Obviously everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but you should realize not all customers are of the same mindset, and that type of discussion isn't appropriate in a place...
   Read moreWent here today and the staff comes off unfriendly. The mystery bags I purchased today were literally filled with trash . I was super disappointed I use to get mystery bags when I was little and they were not filled with trash . The bags had magazines and free make up bags they get with purchases at stores . And glass dirty jars that looked like they dug up at a river .i paid 8$ a bag for trash .they definitely could’ve put more effort into those mystery bags . I never leave reviews and felt the need to come leave one because the vibes at this place were so off ....
