Car Tunes — Attraction in Grants Pass

Unfortunately, my experience with Car Tunes was extremely disappointing. I had to deal with an employee who mishandled my situation, resulting in the revocation of my driver's license. Despite the fact that the issue stemmed from a defective product, the employee accused me of tampering with their system, which led to severe consequences for me. What's more when asked for clarification, I was told they only sent reports and did not directly communicate with the company. This lack of accountability is deeply concerning and has had significant repercussions for me. I hope that the company addresses these issues and takes steps to prevent similiar situations in the future. I wantto highlight that I informed Car Tunes on three separate occassions about the defective nature of their product, and yet no action was taken to replace it. As a result, I was forced to use a faulty system, which ultimately led to the unjust recovation of my driver's license. This lack of responsiveness and accountability on the part of the company exacerbated an already difficult situation, and I hope that they take steps to improve their customer service and product quality in the future. The ethics of the business are highly questionable. When told their equipment was faulty numerous times and was not taken into consideration. It was automatically assumed it was tampered with. That is not fair or just. Thank you for showing dishonestly by replying and assuming. I have proof I had to get a replacement from somewhere else for it being faulty...

Went to have my stereo installed. There are all these possibilities for an install that cost money and one of them is he asked me if I wanted the bluetooth microphone ran under the dash to the front corner and if I did it would cost an extra $25. I said no, just plug it in and leave it hanging inside the dash from the stereo and I will take care of it later. He said he was pretty sure it would be $25 to do that but to be sure he went in the back and confirmed with the owner that it was $25 to literally just plug a microphone that comes with the stereo into the back of the stereo.

I promptly cancelled all plans for installation and will pay the gas to drive to Medford to have it done. I could have easily taken the 15 seconds to slide the deck out later and plug it in but its more of the point...to nickel and dime'n me over something that literally takes 5 seconds? bad business decision....just lost over $200 of easy labor, got a bad review and someone who will never...

If we could give negative stars we would! We went in to have our windows tinted on our car. When I got there the guy argued with me about what I wanted for my car. Then complained that it's going to take all day. When we got it back there was water drips all down the side of our car(which I washes before I took in) and windows, a piece of the trim was broke off our car, there were bubbles in the tint (which disappeared as they told me they would after I pointed them out) and the two front windows were not done correctly. We contacted the owner he refused to give us a refund but said he'd make it right. We took it back in, the owner made the trim right. BUT when he re did our windows he scratched them even worst this time and there are bubbles all over the windows. (Hoping they disappear again) We do NOT recommend Car...
