As a dedicated carnivore, I must say, this may be the finest beef and pork operation that I am aware of, and I've seen a lot of them. Impeccably clean and organized as well. Superior dry aged Montana beef from a local ranch is what you'll find here. I came for my son's wedding all the way from Florida and left with 50 lbs. of prime 28 day aged beef. Ribeyes, strip loins, Denver steaks, flat iron and hanger steaks made the trip home. Drew was unbelievably patient and helpful while answering questions, cutting steaks for us and vacuum packing it all for travel. This place is on another level of coolness! They have a deli case with delectable cuts of all sorts. Also freezers filed with all cuts you could ever want even a dog bone freezer!!!

The coolest part is right behind the deli case in full view is the butcher block table where the skilled people break down the meat to small sections. I WENT IN FOR A HAM AND WATCHED THEM CUT IT RIGHT OFF THE LEG ON THEIR SAW. Then trimed it to 6LBS. IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE THAT WAS fun TO WATCH. This place is a must stop if in Great Falls. The dry aged beef is so good, it’s so worth it to make a separate stop in. Not only that, but the inside looks like you are in New York City. It has so much character and is so clean. They have a cute little kid corner, so my kids can play when I order the meat. So far we have had burger meat, sausage, and flank steak. I give it an A+ in quality! I know they just started adding pork meat and I cannot wait to try. As of right now, my recommendation is the flank steak.
