
I had not been into this planet fitness in probably a month. I went in to tan etc. And noticed one of the rude employees I had encountered before sitting on the bench. A new girl at the counter I had not seen before. She was very polite and prompt. I went to tan and then came back out. The rude employee was still sitting on the bench. I ask the new employee for massage bed. She scanned my code and I ran to restroom. Maybe 3 minutes. When I got back to the massage bed it had already started. Any other time I have used the massage beds you have to push the button to start. I went back out to the front desk and no one behind counter. But the rude employee was still sitting in the same spot. Never addressed me just let me stand there. I ask her if she was going to help me. She said I'm on my break. Finally the other employee came back and I told her what happened - she said that bed had been acting up today. I ask her to reset it. She said she did and I went back again and there was a note to see front desk. By now I'm pretty upset with the rude employee. So I go back out and she is behind the desk. The new girl has a planet fitness shirt on. The rude employee is wearing what looks like a Grinch shirt and no name tag. I say what is your name. I believe she replied you don't need to know. I said why don't you have a planet fitness shirt on if you are an employee. She said I don't have to Im on break. In my observance that's an awful long break and if on break - why behind the counter telling the new employee what to do? The tanning beds were much cleaner and they had been cleaning the areas of need I noticed last time I was here. But, this time the bed I used was right back dirty like before I brought to attention. Dirt and grass and dust at foot of bed etc. I really thought Planet fitness had hirer standards. I'm not hard to get along with or rude but, don't abuse and mistreat customers and have poor...

However, none of the facilities I have visited compare to the Greenfield location in several key ways. Most notably, I have found Greenfield to be significantly cleaner than the other locations I have visited. While each facility is set up differently, Greenfield stands out for its extensive selection of equipment, all of which are consistently well-maintained. I regularly see employees actively cleaning, ensuring supplies like towels and spray bottles are well-stocked, which contributes to a great workout experience. Additionally, I want to commend Thomas, who is frequently on duty when I visit. His friendly demeanor and willingness to engage in conversation make a meaningful difference in how I perceive the facility. Thank you for providing such a well-kept and welcoming environment. Over the past year, I have lost 94 pounds, and having a high-quality gym to train in has played a significant role in my success. I am fine with that and already moved to a club that follows the health order and order exempting use while strenuously exercising. However, I cannot exercise at a sufficient level while trying to pass air through a mask. So, I froze my membership (likely to cancel) and moved. However, they instituted this new policy AFTER they already collected my money for the month. I only requested a refund of the pro rata amount for the time I cannot use through the billing cycle. The club manager responded, "You can dispute it with your bank but we're not giving any refunds." Again, this is not a mask debate. I am fine with wearing it for the few minutes it takes to walk into my office or run into the store, but not while I am running or lifting heavy weights. PF believes it can make material changes to your contract AFTER collecting your money. There are a lot of other gyms with similar pricing structure.
