About 2 weeks ago, I bought a really nice recliner for $103 that made a nice addition to my living room. It looks like it may have been an overstock or discontinued item. It was brand new and had all of tags, paperwork, etc. I plan on going back to get a few more things for my house. My disappointment was with the front end associate who was ringing me up, she was ok, but not overly friendly and you could tell she did not want to be there. Then there were the warehouse associates 🤬: (unprofessional, pants hanging down off of their behind, tattoos on their face). You could tell they had no experience in furniture, warehouse or any type of service background. I went back later that day to pick up my recliner, I was told that it would be wrapped or covered since it was raining, of course that wasn’t the case and when I asked about it, they said they didn’t remember telling me that, there was only an hour gap between the time I purchased and the time I went back to pick up. Also, I backed up to the dock, they told me not to come back so close, I was like fine, are you sure? Then for them to turn around tell me I needed to bring my car closer. I loved the recliner and the deal I got made it worth it. I will say when I purchase again, I’ll use the their 3rd party delivery service so I won’t have to deal with the headache of the customer pick up. I did go back again and there was a nice associate by the name of Meghan, really helpful, good personality, a far cry from the...
Read moreI visited this store in the fall when I was in Greensboro. It is a large outlet store selling Wayfair goods. Based on reading reviews here it seems many people might be unfamiliar with what an outlet store is. Outlet stores sell overstock items, discontinued items and items with minor cosmetic damage at discounted prices. So, an outlet store tends to be like a treasure hunt. Bear this in mind when you visit and you will likely be pleasantly surprised.
Anyway, this Wayfair outlet store is a large open concept store with a huge amount of stock. Wayfair sells everything under the sun so you can probably find what you are looking for. The store was very clean, and as organized as an outlet store can be. This outlet seems to specialize in furniture and indoor/outdoor home goods.
What sets this outlet store apart from others I have visited is its employees. All of the folks I spoke with while I was in the store were friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. They were willing to spend time with me to help me find what I was looking for. Additionally when I did not understand why an item was priced as it was they revealed flaws that I did not notice at first glance. In another instance, I noticed some damage on an item I was interested in that I thought they may have missed in their pricing. They agreed and sold me the item at a discount.
This store has become my first place to visit when I come shopping...
Read moreI have been shopping everywhere looking to purchase furniture and accessories for my daughter’s first apartment. And a lot of these bigger stores that we have been shopping at have not showed us the customer service that I received today from one of your workers.
I walked into “Wayfair” just looking around with no expectations.
The sales person name, “Nikki” was AMAZING!!!
She really went out of her way showing extreme customer service. When I stopped and called her over she was just going to lunch. She didn’t hesitate assisting me even though I interrupt her leaving for lunch. She assist me with all of my questions. I walked her around showing her items I was interested in, she never stated Ma’am, I have to leave for lunch. She just continued to assist me with such a warm and friendly and greeting “GREAT” Customer Service!
This will be my new shopping store, And I will be letting my family, as well as my friends know to shop here and to look for Miss Nikki.
