Wow. I've never enjoyed a visit to the ATT store but this was a new low. What began as a fun Christmas iPhone upgrade surprise for my son turned into an all day affair of phone calls, hypertension and of course, a return trip to the ATT store; net a half day of lost weekend. In their brilliance the default setting when buying a new iPhone is to invalidate the SIMM card on the existing phone; without informing the customer! And of course it is irreversible, so the son's current phone is rendered inoperable and now another case of hypertension! Xmas surprise is now toast, son has to take his own trip to his ATT store to get a new SIMM card and I get the privilege of paying $1250 for a new iPhone. Oh, and the rep at the store tells me, "yeah, this happens all the time." Really? Terrible customer service. Greenwich ATT should be shut down. Next time I go straight to the Apple store...

He was very nice and professional. I thought I had several cracks on my phone screen and I was there to replace it. So embarrassing, 🙈 Jake simply removed the plastic screen protector from my iPhone. Really?!
Not a wasted trip, after all! Apparently, I need a new screen protector now, check. I did want a new case anyway, check, check. Buy 2, get one free! Yes! I’ll take a Wireless Charger, thank you! check, check, check.

Read moreI don't leave too many reviews, but Liz Duarte deserves a fabulous one. I went in to have my iPhone fixed a few weeks ago after a virus got in through one of my apps and was corrupting the contents. I was in a foul mood and terribly frustrated, but Liz completely calmed me within a few minutes of understanding the problem. She assessed the situation, determined I needed a new phone and had an option to upgrade. She then patiently helped me transfer everything to my new phone and made sure I was on the best monthly plan. I was in and out with a totally new phone within ~30 minutes. Later when I followed up to ask another question, she got back to me straight away - the world needs more people like Liz. Her knowledge and problem solving skills are terrific and the service she provided was amazing!...
