Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store — Attraction in Greenwich

I entered the store with my wife. Ready to inquire about pillows. Matt, the manager, efficiently and effectively answered our questions about pillows and we easily transitioned into discussing mattresses. Matt had us try out various mattresses and explained with efficacy, the functions of each one, as well as the frames. He is extremely knowledgeable and along with having a wonderful experience, my wife and I left the store educated about our sleep styles and needs. Felix did an amazing job showing us different kinds of pillows that best fit our needs. He is very patient and knowledgeable. He asked our sleeping habits and recommended products based on that. I learned a lot during the 20-minute visit. Also, he did not push us to purchase anything, instead he asked us to adjust our current usage for a week and see if a new pillow is necessary.
