I never write reviews but this time around just had to do it. I went to this store twice & both times i had bad experience. The employees were not friendly & seemed disinterested in helping, first time when I walked in I didn’t even see any employees in the store. After a while someone came out from some place & acknowledged me. But then I felt ignored & when other customers walked in the employee was friendly towards them & helping them. It felt like you have to look a certain part to be helped even though I probably spend more than others. It’s because of the rude & snotty behavior I couldn’t justify the fact that I gave this place my business, hence why I went back couple days later & returned the items. This store has given me anxiety walking it. I dont feel comfortable or welcomed at all. I forgot to close the door and Liz continuously told me to close it even though it was sunny out. Me & my family always liked coming here to shop but this experience really ruined it for us. Do better Im dissappointed. I saw other employees which were helpful and asked me to order stuff because they didnt have sizes. Love this store, the clothes and the people who work there!! Super helpful in putting together outfits and selecting things I would not think to try on!
