I was recommended to this store by a local boutique owner after purchasing several dresses. I wanted to be measured and fitted for a few new bras. Before I went into the store, I called and was told I didn't need an appointment.I was coming in from out of town. The lady on the phone was very dismissive and unconcerned. I went to the store several days later and was given a reasonable wait time. While browsing, a man, whom I now know is the owner, approached my friend and said he heard me ask about getting measured for a bra and wanted to make sure I was going to buy one. REALLY? What an utterly rude and base inquiry. Couldn't you think of anything better to say to a potentially new customer? The customer service is just awful - very self impressed crew. I left immediately and did very well...

I asked on Rye Moms where to go to get my daughter in and out as quickly as possible to get the perfect bra and so many people recommended Valentina at Pettycoat Lane in Greenwich. She is the best! She helped my daughter find 2 perfect bras, she found exactly what she needed (even found her a fun orange one she didn't need but completely loved!) And made the experience as painless as possible for a young girl with new boobs. And she also grabbed me one i am wearing now and it's a perfect fit and totally comfortable! Highly recommend Valentina at Pettycoat Lane...

My mom and I came in not sure exactly what we wanted, but Daniella was so helpful. She went above and beyond to help my mom find something special for her wedding day. We could not have been more happy with our first time being in this store, and my mom absolutely loved her silk getting ready outfit for her big day!! The quality of the items was amazing, and we could not have asked for a better person to help us find what we needed! I highly recommend petticoat lane if you are looking for high end beautiful silk and incredibly sweet and knowledgable people...
