We found this baby store when we were starting to research car seats. We went in on a weekend since they were the only local store that had all of the options that we were considering and I'm so grateful we found them. From the first day that we went in a spoke to Alejandra they have been nothing short of amazing! They walked us through the pros and cons of each option without being pushy at all. When we made a decision and purchased our car seat and stroller they were able to hold everything until we were ready to pick it up and even assembled the stroller for us. First time mom here, and so anxious about the timing of getting my car seat on time as I can be on labor anytime now and theres been problems with the delays and supply chain due to the tariffs but Lena worked tirelessly to get me my carseat and is very understanding with my frustrations. This shop is a lovely addition to Greenwich. The service is top notch and the selection is one of a kind. I’ve shopped here on a few occasions for daughters and for baby gifts. The staff is super helpful and provided amazing suggestions. I was most impressed with their strollers and car seats.
