I’m truly disappointed with my experience. First, the packaging is extremely poor, if a strong smoke smell can penetrate it during transit, what else could affect the product? This lack of protection raises concerns about overall quality control.

When I reached out about the issue, the response I received was dismissive and made little sense. Rather than acknowledging the possibility that this was a returned item exposed to smoke, they insisted it happened during shipping, yet they take no responsibility for improving their packaging. A proper resolution, such as an exchange, was never offered.

For the price I paid, I expected a high-quality product and customer service to match. Instead, the experience felt worse than buying a $25 dress from Amazon. On top of that, the excessive security tag made the dress look cheap, as if the company expects constant returns.

I won’t be purchasing from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them. A brand that charges premium prices should stand by its products and respect its customers’ intelligence. Sadly, that wasn’t...

Ordered cashmere and received "mink cashmere." Never heard of it? Me neither...

There's even a typo on the brand name on the label.

Mink cashmere typically refers to an ultra-soft and luxurious blend that still falls under the broader category of cashmere. We appreciate your attention to detail and hope this clears things up!"
