Wow just Wow, we took our sons Iphone in today for a new back panel, we were advised it would take 90mins. After 2 hours we returned to be told it would be 1 more hour. We returned again and were told it would be another 2 hours. As we were on vacation we went for our day out (very delayed). When my wife returned later in the day the poor guy advised he was not competent to do the repair as it was his first day and we should return to get the phone on Wednesday (2 days later) as he could not repair. My wife explained this was not possible as we were leaving Florida before then. He then tried to repair with the back falling off the first time and then the phone being bent and glue hanging out the back the second time. The manager agreed we should not pay for the repair, however we have just received an aggressive phone call from the owner demanding some form of payment and continuously quoting the waiver! iPad power button stopped working to lock the screen after Chris replaced screen.

I received a voicemail from him stating my iPad is fully functioning and ready for pick up. Chris was not present at pick up. Once I got home I realized that the button was no longer working to lock the screen. I contacted the business location and was told to bring the iPad in.

The receptionist contacted Chris via phone and he proceeds to state that the iPad was like that before he fixed it. He never once mentioned a power button issue to me previously and he had the iPad for more than a week due to him suggesting that there was an issue with the first screen he used to replace it. A screen repair service that initially was suppose to be an hour ended up taking over a week due to the constant back and forth.

The power button was fully functioning prior to this and Now I'm stuck with an iPad that isn't working properly after paying for a screen repair...

Trash place, trash service, criminal company. Destroyed my device. 1300 device trashed. There's a special place for people like this. What comes around goes around my brother. Im no phone service guy but I know your mistake and then trying to used a whole other phone to fix the damages and when in failure blame me and try to say I dropped it or took it home for tampering. Then the worst part it attempt to say I need to pay more for parts you damaged. It took alot for me to compose myself after the second go around.
