I don't post to yelp or review sites very often, but wanted to share my experience with them. I had heard that they do a great job, so I decided to give them a shot about a year ago when I was ready to propose to my girlfriend. Tom, Sam, and Bear were extremely nice, and not at all pushy. They wanted to get to know me, and my girlfriend, as opposed to just sell a ring. In fact, I wasn't sure what kind of ring my girlfriend would like, so Sam told me to walk my girlfriend through a franchise jewelry store to see which style engagement ring she'd migrate to. I did this, and then took some pictures of the style and sent them to Sam.

Bear and Sam then customized a ring, very similar in style, but with some uniqueness that my girlfriend would love. They also spent a long time educating me on the difference in the 4 C's. If you don't know what they are, stop in and ask! Long story short, I gave her the ring and she loved it. She's seen so many people with the same department store rings and LOVES that hers is special. If you're a guy you don't want to mess up this decision. DON'T buy from a chain. I took my Grandma's ring (roughly 70 years old) here to get cleaned and see if there was any history that could be determined about it. Bear answered all of my questions (I ask a lot) and never once seemed bothered by my curiosity. He is very knowledgeable, didn't have to look anything up and just started telling me about the time frame, style of that era, etc (he had the time frame to the exact era my Grandma was married). Everyone there was very helpful, informative, and not one bit pushy. I was told I really didn't need to do anything to the ring other than clean or polish if I wanted but there were some signs of wear that could be addressed later, again, if I wanted to. I decided to do the work because, well, it was my Grandma's and personally I didn't want to take a chance.
