Brought my pc in and paid 220 for my problem to be fixed, which was already way overpriced mind you. Turns out he not only took multiple days instead of the â24 hours same day serviceâ, but he never even fixed my pc. He put a pcie 4 ssd in a pcie 3 slot. I figured that information out by myself for free, and even told him it was probably the real underlying cause but he kept saying it was fine it that slot, unfortunely I shouldâve never wasted my money he didnât rly know what he was doing when it came to my issue, or I wouldnt of had to fix the pc myself. Everything he tried I already tried except for switching the ssd, so he told me to buy a new ssd and he put it in the wrong slot! If i left in the spot he put it in he could have corrupted and damged my brand new ssd he told me to buy to fix it in the first place! If I would have listened to this guy not only would my pc never have been fixed, but he wouldâve had me pay more money just to break another ssd slowly overtime. Overall waste of money and time, he even blocked my phone number when he realized he couldnt fix my issue. I told him that was almost 100% the issue but he put it to the side anyway. Always sucks when someone overcharges you for a service thats around 100$ cheaper from multiple other companies, takes your money then wont give it back when they canât do what they say that they would do. Thanks for dusting the pc though i guessđ¤Łđ¤Ł Notice how he keeps threatening me with police when I already took down the review you asked to be taken down. I realized where i went wrong in that review and figured I would fix it up so everything in this 100% the truth. Theres nothing wrong with whats in this review, this review is based of the expreience YOU gave me as a customer. You fixed nothing, you blocked my number when you realized you already got 220$ out of me and couldnt fix my problem, infact, if I left the ssd where you put it you actually would have ended up re-damged the ssd on top of all of that. I paid you 220 for an end result of almost wasting another 140 buying an ssd just for u to almost corrupt it the same way the last one was corrupted. There is no libel, or malicious intent in this review. This is a step by step process of my exeperince with you as one of your customers. And anything you asked to be taken down has been taken down. You can keep bringing up legal actions in the comments to make it seem like your the victim but i was the one who lost $ allowing you to touch my pc when you almost broke it again if it wasnât for me figuring it out myself. I slightly messed up last review and thats really all you got against me, and on top of that the review isnt even up anymore a screenshot doesnât mean much i took it down when you askedđ Its not my fault u did u did, and this is a TRUE HONEST REVIEW of EXACTLY what happenedđ you canât just be upset everytime u mess up that someone is going to leave the truth in your reviews as well. And im not threating you with anything, your threatening me with legal actionđ the only âthreatâ i had made was saying i would leave multiple reviews but i never even did so, one of my friends had left a bad review but thats also the person who helped me fix my pc and realized you almost broke it again⌠but again, once you asked for it to be taken down, it was taken down. Theres even a review on here that proves you ask people to take down negative reviews. If you provide service to someone that just isnt good and doesnât get the job done, the review your going to get is not going to say âoh this guys great!â Instead its going to say âi paid this guy 220 and instead of fixing my problem he almost corrupted a brand new ssd and he blocked my number when he didnât want to help anymore or give my money back.    Read moreChris was great to work with, very professional, laid out to me what he was going to do before he did it, and worked a small miracle saving my water damaged laptop. My boyfriend had spilled water on my laptop (which shut itself off). I gave it a few days to dry out, but did not try to restart it. I called Chris before stopping by to see if this was something My Tech did. He told me to drop it off, the earlier in the day the better. It would take him about 2 hours to take it apart and run a diagnostic on my laptop (which was FREE). Meaning if he couldn't repair it he wasn't going to charge me. Who does that these days?
After which he would call me and let me know where things stood. So I did exactly that. I dropped off the laptop around 10:30am, and Chris called me back right at 2 hours. Told me that he believed he could repair it (had to do with the various connectors, cleaning and maybe replacing some). It would run $140-170 depending on how much needed to be replaced and how long it would take him. He called me around 12:30 and said that I could pick it up by 4pm. He's the kicker, if my laptop didn't work he wasn't going to charge me anything. I repeat, HE WASN'T GOING TO CHARGE ME IF MY LAPTOP DIDN'T WORK. Apparently My Tech guarantees all of their work. Chris saved me from having to buy a new laptop and transfer everything. Plus he cleaned everything inside and out, so it's all shiny and new looking. (Ended up costing $170 and in my mind was money very well spent. I had my laptop back same day.) I'm just visiting Hagerstown for a few weeks over Christmas. However, if I have any other computer issues while I'm in town or on future visits, I know where I'm going. I'm happy to support this...

I am a disabled veteran with a very limited income and I was in a bind with my computer on Aug. 13th. I had went to Best buy to see if they could assist me with my computer issue and they told me it would be $200 just to even take a look at it. There was no way that I could do that. Somebody in the line at Best buy recommended me to this business and told me to give him a try, and that he would absolutely work with me as he is empathetic to people's situations on a case-by-case basis.
He took my laptop in about an hour before closing and about 30 minutes later he called me and told me that it was fixed and I could come pick it up.
He handed me my computer and told me that he was appreciative of my military service and that there was no need for payment. Please understand that this will not be the case for everyone, but I just wanted to point out his very kind nature and the fact that he is running this business for the people, and not for the money.
Therefore, if you live in Washington County or you are in the Hagerstown area, this is the place that I would trust with any of your Tech.
