uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair — Attraction in Hampden Township

Brought in my Samsung device through a warranty claim and the replacement was completed promptly and professionally!

I went to the York store for a phone screen replacement over a year ago and had the worst experience ever! A child could have reassembled my device better between the gaps in the back glass as well as the small chip one of the technicians had caused during the repair(neither of which the manager was willing to take responsibility for.

The store on the carlise pike was a much much better experience!

George was the individual who took in my phone, listened to me gripe for a bit, assured me he will make sure I don't have the same experience happen here and he was true to his word!

Extremely busy would be a good description for when I brought it in and I did not expect such a fast return.

The device was diagnosed, disassembled, repaired, and retested with the efficiency of a well oiled machine! After taking a very detailed look at the device and scrutinizing every inch they restored it proper and I was satisfied entirely.

Not all stores hold themselves to the same standard as this store!

Update: Almost a year later and I can say happily the quality has not diminished! My equipment was restored to factory condition and returned in a very efficient time frame. Wyatt was who had done the repair and he did a phenomenal job! Thomas was working the front and was very informative. I appreciate the hastiness and respect the employees of this establishment project outward.

08/2020 (First repair of cracked iPhone 11 screen) From the moment I booked my appointment to the moment I walked out of the store with my phone that is now fixed, I have received professional services and they were willing to help. Great value and speedy work I had my phone fixed within 2 hours of dropping it off. I had trouble with the first phone screen they put on and made an appointment because they do have a 90 day warranty and they got the problem resolved. Awesome job Corwin (the technician that repaired my phone) and the counter staff are super friendly. Why go anywhere else?? Definitely recommend this place hands down!

Update: 01/2021 (second repair of cracked iPhone 11 screen) I scheduled an appointment online (broke my phone screen 5 months later after they fixed it the first time) and the same day I got a phone call confirming my appointment and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning. George who I talked to over the phone to schedule was excellent and super helpful and friendly. He took fantastic care of me and had my phone repaired within an hour! They are very reliable, professional and affordable here and I’m definitely a customer for life! Breaking your electronics can be stressful but the guys here made it an enjoyable experience. My husband dropped his iPhone at 5:00 pm on Thursday. Called Asurion insurance and they connected me to ubreakiFix. I got a text from Zach saying he had my trouble ticket and was looking forward to helping me. They closed at 7 so we immediately drove over there and Zach was super kind and very thorough. He said they normally can fix problems within 2 hours but it was after 6 already. I said no worries I just wanted to drop it off and get a jump on getting it fixed on Friday. Zach went over everything and was very patient with us trying to remember Apple login and IDs to make sure Findmy phone is off. He was finally able to get into the phone to do what he needed to do. He said he would work on it first thing Friday. Friday morning at apx 10 Zach called and said it was done and ready to go. I said I couldn’t be there til noon he said no problem. I got there and was waited on by James, another excellent employee. He was super nice and made me feel like I was the most important customer that day lol. He got the phone complete with new screen. I asked about a screen protector and James said they had several there and explained each one after which he asked if I wanted any of them. I asked for the tempered glass which he installed on the phone and had me going out the door happy as a clam. My husband was ecstatic to get his phone back.
