I am beyond disgusted in what happened to us today. We work for a family company and shop at Costco all the time for our family business. Before today we have never had an issue. We all have business members cards with costco and have always used our corporate card. The corporate card is under the owners name with the business right under it (the business is also on our costco business membership card as well). Because the corporate card had the owners name and not mine they refused to let us pay for it. Here is the kicker the owners son was with me. WE ALL HAVE THE SAME LAST NAME AND WORK FOR THE SAME COMPANY!! I asked would you like me to call my boss to get permission to put this on their card. The cashier was beyond rude and nasty. So now the owners have to go into costco themselves because people can't use common sense that they obviously sent us for them becuase they have more important things they need to handle. I would understand if we had a different last name but we all are under they business account and have an american express card with our names on it but because you dont take american express we use our other corporate card which we only have just in case a place doesnt use american express. We have been members since price club and have NEVER have an issue with this and now all of a sudden its their policy????? When did that change because all the other times was not an issue since our BUSINESS memberships clearly shows we all work for this...
Read morePrices are better elsewhere. From household to cleans to gadgets & clothes. Organic anything is a rip off bc it's still gmo, I don't understand how something can be certified organic when it's made in a 🤬 lab..? Poor lady trying to fold clothes turned her back from her little metal folding station & someone stole her grabber & scanner in a matter of seconds.. rude people everywhere workers patience of saints. I avoid this location at all costs may even cancel. Ordered BF Goodrich a year ago.. ONLINE since they didn't have them in the store for their sale.. & they installed the wrong ones... then proceeded to tell me they no longer carry the tires I payed for... then a week ago made an appointment for them to be rotated & rebalanced & was asked if I was leaving the car bc I had an HOUR & A HALF WAIT!!!! with an appointment.. rearranged half of my day for service to just have to leave without the work done.. cleared a two hour window thought that would be more than enough time!!! NOPE!!! last time it took over an hour.. to balance & put back on the car.. so walk ins are priority over making an appointment & clearing half of your day to get there & get what you need done... 👍love being harassed AT THE REGISTER WHEN YOU CAN NOT CHECK OUT WITHOUT A VALID CARD!!! SO YOU SCANNED YOUR GOOD TO GO.. NOPE!!! ASK ME MY NAME & CLEARLY SEE MY FACE ON THE DAMN CARD!! saw another review if your having an issue with inventory HIRE QUALITY PEOPLE!!!...
Read moreAfter they allowed me to enter the store (I showed them my father’s card) and shopped for an hour, they denied me at the register because I am not my father, but my father’s daughter living with him. My father was not physically able to shop for his necessities today, so I went for him. They refused to allow me this one time to shop for him, telling me to get a written letter of consent. Apparently, they denied my idea of calling him bc they “cannot confirm it is him over the phone” as if their idea of a hand written letter is any better. It is their fault for not training their employees enough to recognize a young girl from an old man on a Costco card. I wasted my hour shopping when they could’ve just denied me at the front door and saved all of us time and brain cells. The management was disgusting. I told them my mother is already on the account and out of town, and he cannot add me without paying double the annual price. It is a one time shopping emergency, but apparently the world will fall apart if I dare shop for my father this once. There was no reason nor logic in anything they were saying. They really did sound like robots, offended robots when I told them their employees weren’t trained well enough lool. Do better Costco. Before the implementation of machines in the front, you should have trained your employees to deny or allow access for members at the front door. Miserable people for sure. I’ll...
