Seriously save your money and go to Calskate because this place is absolutely awful! There is a laundry list of negatives but I will focus on the main ones only: The staff is rude, specifically the older gent who checks you in. He is completely unprofessional and makes you feel like taking your money and stamping your hand is a bother. I brought a group of 12 year old boys and a couple of the boys had never skated before so I rented the assisters. After being lectured about making sure the kids didn't break them I paid additional money just to receive one regular one, which was fine but the other was this little pink one, obviously meant for a small child. I was told that's all they had The AC was broken and it was 100⁰ out so indoors was really z really hot. The snack bar was obviously out of order so I couldn't buy the boys any drinks. Finally a young gal came out with a pitcher of ice water. The rink was completely empty, we were the only ones present, I now know why, this place is a dump! The music was so bad. The boys demanded to leave before the session was over and although I was out $150 I was still so glad to leave and...
Read moreMy girls and I went yesterday! We had so much fun. It was only three other skaters which allowed us to get some good practice in (and falls) without getting in the way! Another man that works here (I forgot his name 😭) and Nick, the son of the owner (I think) were so sweet!! They showed us a couple tricks and taught me how to skate backwards. **It looks like they have upgraded their skates, they looked brand new. The floor, yes, there a few creaks and could use some maintenance BUT there are not cracks like some other mentioned here 😒. If you aren’t a strong skater, you will probably fall to no fault of this floor lol we will be back every time we visit my uncle in Hemet! Aesthetics, sound system of this skating rink could be better to enhance the experience. They are attached to a restaurant next door that had karaoke going, I thought that was cool! Read morethis place is ran by a bunch of incompetent individuals! this "roller skating rink" is also an event center/banquet hall. twice I have showed up to skate during business hours posted on their entrance door and got burned. the first time they closed early at 5pm. the hours for skating said 4-6pm. I called multiple times to verify they were open and got no answer. I came bask on Friday afternoon before they opened which should have been 4pm. by 4:30pm I was still waiting outside and there was no notification whatsoever as to why they weren't open yet. I finally see a person next door at the grill restaurant who also worked at wheelhouse who confirmed that the rink was closed for a damn funeral. how the hell was I a paying customer supposed to know that? no sign in the door, website...
