EōS Fitness — Attraction in Henderson

Be very careful with the staff here at EOS!!! They are very misleading!!! The guy who signed me up told me it would be 1$ to join the family plan, 2 weeks later they are charging me $160.96 for an annual fee that was never discussed! Immediately after signing us up they dragged me and my son to the personal training area and the manager of that department told me they can help me reach my fitness goals… so then she went over the cost and I told her I CANNOT AFFORD THAT! Then a different manager comes over (Cole) and said he was going to wave a bunch of fees and the cost would be 70$! NETHER ONE OF THE MANAGERS TOLD ME THIS WAS A CONTRACT!!!!!!! NEVER ONCE DID THEY SAY THIS WAS A BINDING CONTRACT!! I WAS COMPLETELY MISLEAD!!! Now they are telling me I am in a contract (that I was unaware I was in!) and I have to pay 280$ every 2 weeks!!!! I called the billing department for eos they said to go into the gym and they would be able to further assist me. I go into the gym and discuss the situation with two front des members they told me I had to submit my request to cancel via electronically that there is nothing they can do and they said they can’t stand when we are told to come in to cancel member ships (apparently this happens often) I seen the manager Cole walk past so I insisted on talking with him, the young lady I have been speaking with went into his office came out and said he is too busy!! I stood there for 25-30 minutes demanding results and got no where! Cole knew I was upset and still refused to assist me even though he is the manager and he was the one who mislead me!From the beginning I was mislead. I have been a member at LVAC for two years and never once had an issue, their gym is big, machines are clean and available not to mention the staff at LVAC is upfront and honest about everything! I only joined eos to utilize their bbl room and massage chairs, their actual gym is over crowded, the equipment is dirty and it’s cramped, everyone is on top of each other! I woke up this morning with 2 charges, (declined of course) 160$ and 210$ and I’ve only been a member for 2 weeks! APPRECIATE LVAC WAY MORE THEN EVER NOW!! The facility is beautiful unfortunately it's ran by a bunch of kids. I arrived for the 6:30pm spin class on a Monday night. There were five other people waiting for the class. At 6:30pm no instructor had shown up. I walked up to an employee that was texting on her phone and politely asked if she knew where the spin instructor was. She said do you have the right schedule? (No I'm not a complete idiot!) I said no there are five others standing over there abs I showed her my ticket for class. She said she would find out. As I watched from the outside of class the girl didn't check into anything instead she was chatting with another coworker. I walked over to the counter where four employees were standing behind the front desk and asked someone else. The employee had no idea she asked another girl. The girl called the instructor and apparently there was a mix up. The girl who works at EOS told me SMILING (like it's funny we all wasted our time) that there would be no class tonight. Sorry ..... I asked if she would walk over and tell the others and she did.

This is unacceptable to me. We plan to attend a class and the class is late at that! There are way toooo many employees standing around chatting like it's break time. A business this big with classes people make time to attend should be taken more seriously. Have someone be responsible for checking the schedules and make sure the instructors are coming. Not just oh well sorry... that's not good enough.

Too many employees! And honestly I highly doubt three out of the 15 or so people you have working at one time would even know how to use the AED OR that it's on the wall. Just saying.

July 24th came for a different class that’s on their site for 5pm. Booked the class only to show up abs ask the front where the class was and they had no idea …. Another gym day wasted. I then went to use one of the elliptical s in the movie room and wouldn’t you know it was broken! LOL at this point I can’t win. No one of the 15 people working here is manning the class menu and making sure these classes are...

I originally came here just to sign my son up about 3 weeks ago to get him out of the house and get some exercise start getting him healthier , my parents recommended this place and my brother go to the other eos on Pecos, they told me it's inexpensive and no contract. Well the guy who helped us was very nice and showed us around let me sit in the massage chair which is what got me to join too, he gave us a family family deal for $44 and that included the massage chair for me at that point I was very happy it was in my budget. But then he asked if we wanted to sign up for personal training and that my son would be more likely to commit to coming to the gym if he was signed up for that, I explained that I can't afford that right now I have expensive dental work I need done and that my son can sign up later on his own when he gets a job and I profusely repeated I can't do it right now I was just inquiring how much it would cost , well he didn't care about my financial situation he then brought 1 of the personal trainers over to talk to us i told him too that I can't do it right now, then they brought a 3rd guy over to talk us into it, saying it's only going to be $20 a session normally it'd 40ish a session 2 sessions a week, so I'm thinking every 2 weeks it was going to be the $44 and $88, Now I'm having all kinds of money weekly bring taken out from EOS. $142 & $22 just a week ago and then today another $88 when I was trying to put gas in my car and the money was gone. My son only did 1 session the day we signed up I can't force him to go and now I'm paying all this money, I went in today to cancel at the other location but they said it's a 6 month contract I thought I was sighning to say they won't be responsible if my son got hurt and to run my card for the payment, I asked if it was a contract when I signed up and they told me no, I didn't know on top of it allí world be stuck for 6 months I felt bullied having 3 people coercing me into that, I wish i would have just got up and...
