Terrazza Park — Attraction in Henderson

This is a great park at the Lake Las Vegas side of Wetlands Park. This park is great for kids and has picnic areas. Bathrooms are usually clean, and the place is quiet during the week when schools are in. When the schools are out, parking can be challenging as the lot is relatively small. The primary reason we go here is the great hiking, biking, and walking trail. It's paved and 8 ft. wide, which makes it easy for everyone to share. We did a 4 mile walk, and you can do a 17-mile run/ bike to the Sunrise trailhead if you're so inclined. It's a great little trail area for Vegas. It does not provide many paved areas, no hiking or climbing, but it's nested right up against lake Las Vegas and does have new facilities when available (bathroom, play area, tables).
