Hilton is going downhill. I have been a Hilton gold member for years. This resort has horrible Customer service. I was promised a government rate(150USD)due to travel, all I need do was show government ID upon check in. I was told that I would not get the government rate, but instead 260USD. Upon talking to 3 different managers they refused to honor their word.
Room, living area was fairly clean.
Bathroom was gross. Had black hair(I’m blond) in the shower. Upon further inspection I also spotted mold.
The grounds and the surrounding area is very nice, that being said there is gambling on the grounds.
