I have been patronizing this business for 2 years, but was not greeted nor serviced when I walked in. Brittney was too busy on insta Facebook live. There were two people working with her (which was a first. She always works by herself every time I come into her store). The two ladies did not greet nor ask myself for help for the 15 minutes I was there wondering around before my pedicure at the nail salon around the way. Long story short, after 15 minutes the two ladies besides the owner actually wanted to help me. I was trying to consign at least these classic Steven Madden Blue Jean pumps that are barely worn. The soles have no dirt. I wanted someone special to have them. I didn't expect a lot from it. Since I wasn't serviced in a timely manner. I told the other ladies (not brittney) that I was going to the nail salon and I can come back. When I came back.... the owner was still on Facebook live, and she still didn't acknowledge myself at all. I haven't seen her since November. The lady working for her basically told me that Brittney doesn't accept certain brands in her store. I wanted to rebuttle, but I see I'm not an asset anymore. Here is the irony. Brittney, you sell Steve Madden in your store all the time. Whether it's shoes or other items by Steve Madden. You've even sold slick raggedy Steve Maddens and had Steve Madden in your store today. I see your true colors now, and why that man broke into your store and stole all of your expensive items. You probably ticked someone off and they came for you. I love black people, but black businesses can be crappy to black people for no reason.

I am not your competitor trying to lower your score, I as stated above was a potential customer who did not have a good experience, was ignored when I came into your store and when I did ask questions was made to feel as though I was a bother. Being in a retail business can be hard however with your most recent reviews not as positive as they could be.. it maybe time to take the information to heart and look at your internal operations.
