I would highly recommend going somewhere else unless you just really want some pictures with all of the decor. I have never written a review, but felt inspired after my family’s lunch today. The service was unprofessional and the restaurant is intentionally deceiving customers to rip them off.
First, they would not give normal still water unless you purchased Evian bottles at $9 a pop. This fits with the significantly inflated prices across the entire menu. Next, our simple order, with only toast and a chicken wrap requiring any actual cooking, took over 45 min. The servers did not check on us once and we had to go ask about our food. I saw other customers needing to get the servers attention to get any service.
Magically, they went back and brought out our food right after we asked. The toast was completely cold and the chicken wrap was barely warm. When we complained about the toast being cold, they refused to remove from the bill and only offered to take it back. Essentially, “take it or leave it.” She then proceeded to explain that food normally takes 30 min, insinuating that we were in the wrong and this was the normal experience. Obviously this feedback isn’t relevant to a table who just waited over 45 min, but is also an unacceptable lead time on food orders for a restaurant like this. Maybe they would have remade it if we pressed, but we certainly didn’t have another 45 min and were starving. The lack of caring and experience had us wanting to get out of Dodge ASAP.
We got the check and I noticed that every item had $.99 added vs. the price on the menu—ALL OF THEM, including the damn water. Not that it makes a huge difference, but falsely advertising the price on the menu (e.g., listing my wrap as $26 and then receiving a bill showing $26.99), is some deceitful BS that I would think is illegal, but is certainly unethical.
Lastly, they added 20% gratuity to the bill despite their menu clearly stating they only did so for parties of 5 or more, which we were not. They said it was due to it being a holiday weekend.
I refused to pay prices that were falsely advertised at this point in my frustration. The server had to call the owner to address this. They took $5 off the price (which didn’t actually cover the amount that was snuck into the check) and removed the auto-gratuity.
Still left a tip, but wasn’t going to give 20% after this poor service and experience. I always tip well bc I believe all servers should be paid a living wage, but this experience definitely tested my principles. If you make the poor decision of eating here, at least review the...

1 star for the delicious Gold Cappuccino and 1 star for the decorations.
We didn't have a reservation (no same-day reservations) and thought we would swing by and try our luck for a table.
As we were walking up to the café and there were 3 patrons waiting to be greeted/seated. Not sure how long they were waiting, but we stood waiting behind them for about 5 minutes and noticed the host (also the owner - blond with poofy lips?) and wait staff were walking in and out of the patio without a hello, a we-will-be-with-you-in-a-moment, nor a welcoming smile. After about 15 minutes, the host/owner greeted us and asked how many were in our party (we had 5). The host/owner goes inside and returns to ask the party of 3 in front of us if it was okay to sit on the patio and one of the lady said how would the table and seats be arranged (it was a really small patio). The host/owner ignored the question and had her wait staff proceed with rearranging the table and chair outside.
Did I mention the party of 3 in front of us was black?
Then, the host/owner turns to us and tell us there was a table for us inside. We said great and started to walk in and she tells us it's a minimum of $25 per person. We were like, um, okay. Granted, we were seated in a "restricted" area of the café with some nice background settings - it was just odd that she mentioned the $25 minimum comment. Maybe she thought we were cheap-looking? Not sure why we would give that kind of vibe by looking at us.
Did I mention our party of 5 were Asians?
One of my friends did notice that the party of 3 (black) were seated OUTSIDE while there are a couple of tables INSIDE the shop that were empty for a least 30 minutes? Perhaps, those tables were reserved (benefit of the doubt). We were offered water - sparkling or flat - I responded with flat. This flat water was $8.95. No other options were provided, but then we should have asked for tap water (our fault). We ordered an additional 8 drinks and 7 entrees, for 5 people. We didn't care much about the cost because we wanted to try everything. Our meal cost $303.54 (included an auto 20% tip).
At the end of the meal, we were chit-chatting a bit and taking lots pictures. The host/owner comes up and asks us how the meal was and we all said it was excellent and she warmly smiled. And within a half second, she changed her tone and said something to the lines of 'you need to leave because the next reservation is here.' It...

Every detail — from the elegant table settings to the chic and playful art — creates a glam, Paris-meets-fantasy vibe that’s as delightful as it is unique.
We ordered a mocha and a gold latte — both arrived with presentation so stunning it felt like a moment worth savoring before even taking a sip. Rich in flavor and visually captivating, each drink reflected the care and creativity Mrs Coco is known for. Everything on the menu looked just as thoughtfully curated — from the cakes to the savory brunch options. The chocolate cake was amazing too!
The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely charming. Our server made us feel welcomed and taken care of without ever being intrusive. The service only added to the already magical experience.
