The Speakeasy — Restaurant in Henderson

Save your money and go somewhere that has better food options and service. Upon sitting down we were given menus that were outdated. Tried asking for a few items that weren’t available anymore. We were suggested other items that we gladly accepted. We waited 50 minutes from the order time to the first plate to arriving. Vegetarian flat bread was good. The rest of the food wasn’t. Half of our items never arrived. One of the orders was a simple salad with strawberries and chicken. After the first plates arrived, a manager came over to tell us that item wasn’t able to be made. Remember this was after 50 minutes and for a salad with strawberries and chicken. You’d think after a waitress put in for the item to the kitchen they’d tell the waitress they couldn’t make a simple salad, but no, they waited 50 minutes to tell us this. The kicker? At most, 8 people were in the entire establishment. Also ordered a different sauce for an item because of an allergy and it was disregarded. I’ll spare the rest of the story and leave it as is, a poor experience filled with loads of awful communication. If I owned this restaurant I would be appalled. Save your money and go...

I was in town for a work event. Our team of 11 called ahead for dinner. We got there and it was a terrible experience.

They took our order and skipped someone. We waited over an hour and half our room came- just the fried chicken sliders.

It would still be an additional 30 minutes for the other Entrées. We had a few drinks, and those were fine. After waiting over an hour, having half the meals served with Mediocre food, we left. We opted to pay for the food received and leave.

When trying to address the issues they did not have a manager on staff. It was one bar tender, one server, and one cook.

Five stars doesn't seem sufficient for the unparalleled experience I had at the Speakeasy at Lake Las Vegas. From the moment we walked in, we were embraced by an ambiance that was both classy and inviting. The service was absolutely first-class, making us feel like a VIP throughout our visit.

Let's talk about the food—specifically the vegetation flatbread. It was the best we've ever had, offering an explosion of flavors that perfectly complemented each other. As for the drinks, they were nothing short of amazing, expertly mixed and wonderfully presented.
