Parking for the Hershey Bears game is ridiculous!!! $35 is absolutely insane!!! The employees that are dressed so nice at the top of the steps at each section obviously don’t check tickets. Not only did we have someone sitting in our seats, but the other two people that came with us had people sitting in their seats. The people sitting in our seats then went and sat someone else’s seat b/c they had to move again. We had teenagers sitting beside us who were well behaved, but unfortunately had some young adults sitting behind us who felt it was necessary to yell the F Bomb in every sentence they spoke and the employee at the top of the steps just looked at them and smiled. I can honestly say that it was the worst experience I’ve had at the Giant Center and won’t be returning anytime soon. Thank God the tickets were given to us as a gift, I would never pay money to go see a Bears game. Especially after paying $35 just to park far away from the arena!!! Hershey, you make millions every month, you can...
Read moreMy wife was turned away at the GIANT Center gate for DISNEY ON ICE because she was not allowed to bring in a diaper bag. Unlike the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Busch Gardens, and any airport I've ever been through with our kids, the GIANT Center expects all diaper bags to be 12x12x6 - WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. We have two children in diapers and a child with severe food allergies who requires medication, EpiPens, and his own food/snacks that are free of cross-contamination risk. This diaper bag policy is positively absurd. I spoke to the head of security, Kyle, who disagrees and is unwilling to see the policy as unnecessarily burdensome on families. My family was not the only unhappy one; several others in the parking lot were also frustrated and unnecessarily inconvenienced. We will never go back to the GIANT Center (or Hershey, if the parks have the same policy) as long as we have children in diapers. We refuse to purchase a smaller diaper bag just to meet GIANT Center 's...
