So the saga continues with the Springs at Tanasbourne, the most hideous and most expensive place you can house your loved ones….and watch out, they will take advantage of you at every turn! I told them my dad ( who is in assisted living) needs help dressing now that he is essentially blind and extremely unstable on his legs. They immediately said, no problem and it is only going to cost you $1,200 a month more on top of the 12,000 a month rent they are paying now 😳. Ok He needs this service so we are at their mercy. Here’s the rub, they are charging us but NOT providing the service!!!!! I went over there this past Sunday at 9:15 am and he was still in his pajamas. I asked him if they have been helping him dress and he said no. He said that he and my mom would like to go down to breakfast but he needs help getting ready….By the time “I HELPED HIM GET DRESSED AND READY FOR THE DAY” it was after 10:00 and they said well we might as well wait till lunch, so they didn’t get their morning meal. I CAN NOT EXPRESS TO YOU ENOUGH, If you care about your loved ones, avoid this place! And as a footnote, they are bleeding employees (they don’t have enough employees now and on the weekend, a skeleton crew with no nurse on duty) everyone is jumping ship…. recently the director quit, the head nurse and the Supervisor of the memory care department and there were plenty before them! What a wonderful place….The Springs At...

My visit was to the new Sephora, recently opened. First, as I walked toward the end of the line to get in, I was contacted by the young woman who was "in charge" she asked me what my business was and then told me to go to the back of the line of two. Two women of color were in front of me and were sounding dubious if this store was worth the wait. When they left, the young woman let me in, even though nobody had left the store. When I got in there, there were more staff than customers. Only one of the staff were cordial, a young black woman with short lilac hair. The counter staff were insistent that I put a phone number on my VIB Rouge account. I told them that it was unneeded and gave them my email address, which they misspelled. They indicated after that that they couldn't help me.
So, Sephora, you've managed to put a store that is actually worse than Seattle's for customer service. Kudos on...
