This place is amazing. They always have everything I needed. I have owned a number of dufferent pod systems and nicotine salts and I called to ask for a specific pod system and a friendly associate by the name of Jericka answered the phone and confirmed stock. Unreal. She was quick and efficient and reassured everything I needed was there. As promised, I was a bit skeptical but was able to make a quick stop to check it out. JT another associate at this location was able to direct me to getting what I wanted. The overall excitement heightened when JT had shown me different options and colors that was also in stock, he even offered an extra service to let me hold it in my hand! I just met this guy and he just goes above and beyond unlike any other vape shops I been through. In addition, I didn't get the pod system I wanted I got a better one. He helped me out with a juice setup and was able to give some time to make a decision. The patience these people have is amazing!! Definitely would recommend and very sayisfied with my purchase will be coming...

This is the worst volcanos location, avoid at all costs. So my mod died right before I went to lunch at the mall with my mom. So I went to the only place in the mall that cell electronic cigarette batteries. These people are really the worst. I told them I needed one battery. When I changed my batteries from home I grabbed 1 that was at partial charge. So i bought 1 from the kiosk. Walked to the food court and popped it in my mod. DEAD!! So I went back and told them it's dead. First they said well sorry no refunds or exchanges. My mother and I continued to plead with them when they agreed to trade it for another. Also DEAD! Then and only then, they decided to fill me in on their inside joke and tell me that all the batteries they sell are dead. OMG. WTF. FML. Also they only sell one brand OF battery, no other options. People working this kiosk are rude at least the foreigners at the others are...
