Moana Pacific West Tower — Attraction in Honolulu

The apartments here are nice, but the building is old and the management here and the workers here are just horrible. So rude, never want to give any service, always have attitude when you ask for help with something. I’ve lived in many high rise buildings in Waikiki and no matter what the service is always good. I live in one of the highest floors here and get treated horribly. There’s also always problems with the elevator. The pool has been under constructions for almost two years. This is the worst building I have ever lived in. Not only is the management rude, but they are incompetent. We had a leak in our apartment from three stories up as a result of them failing to do proper maintenance. We were told that we just had to deal with the leak for over 24 hours. When we finally got help, all they did was pull our laundry machines out into the hallway so that our bedrooms were blocked overnight. I would avoid this building...

My experience after two months here is pretty bad. You pay for pool, grills & tennis courts as amenities. You cannot use the pool because they keep postponing the opening date, you cannot use the grills only in a timeframe not in the morning and by appointment and the cherry on top is the tennis courts doesn’t have any lights so everybody books it 5 to 7 when you’re off work and is still daytime.
