I had been floating around from recruiter to recruiter with plenty of opportunities that my experience matched to but nothing ever seemed to come to fruition. Previous recruiters would say they would set up interviews and then I heard nothing. When I did get an interview for an opportunity it was a job that was junior to my experience and below my pay range. Needless to say, I was at a loss and feeling pretty frustrated with the job search process.

I found Michael Page through a Google search. Like you, I looked at the good and bad reviews and did some more research on them. I felt hopeful. I applied to their website and got some generic emails saying that they'd contact me in 2 weeks if they were to take me on.

The next day Melody Wilbanks reached out to me. She was kind, courteous, professional and already had opportunities to present to me. She listened to me and actually cared about finding a fit that was right for me and what I was looking for. Company culture is important to me so she screened the companies that hired more for fit than talent. She set up 3 interviews for me and I felt comfortable with all of them. One really stood out to me and I continued through the interview process with them. Melody helped me every step of the way and made clear anything that I had questions about.

Amazing Experience with Misty at Michael Page!

I had a fantastic experience working with Misty at Michael Page. Despite being in a different time zone (about an hour behind), she consistently made time to call me right around when I was finishing work at my previous job, which I really appreciated.

From the start, Misty took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for in my next opportunity. I was able to openly share my thoughts and even vent a little, and she always listened patiently and provided thoughtful guidance. She shared important details that helped me clarify what I really wanted in my next role—especially salary ranges across different states for the position I was targeting.

What stood out the most was how engaged she was throughout the process. She even welcomed my feedback on different companies and used it to better tailor her recommendations. After I received the exciting news about landing a new position, Misty reassured me that Michael Page maintains confidentiality around how candidates are placed. Coming from a toxic work environment, that discretion meant the world to me.
