They have two locations right across from each other. One called the Oasis Massage Salon and the other called Oasis Massage Salon 2. Walked in, the front counter lady was helpful and professional. She explained to me what each massage option entails. My massage therapist was Doris, she walked in greeted me and asked what pressure I desired. As she started, she then told me to let her know whether I wanted the pressure lighter or harder. She provided the perfect pressure without having to adjust. Out of the massages I've ever had, more than 50, from all over the world, this was by far the best massage I've ever had, HANDS DOWN. After the massage was over, she provided me with a cup of water. This place has far exceeded my expectations and is a completely affordable massage salon! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been coming here for years and when they are too booked, I try to go elsewhere and there is just no comparison. The service, consistency, and professionalism always has us coming back. Most places around town have raised their rates and I'm surprised they only recently have adjusted their pricing. Even with the price increase, it is still the best deal in town. It’s no longer a secret, this is a gem in Houston’s Chinatown. That’s why its always booked! I would suggest calling to book an appointment so you can guarantee a spot.

I love coming to Oasis and Oasis Massage 2, which is downstairs and across the parking lot. They are both clean and well maintained, and the masseuses at both locations are legit. Oasis 1 is the location upstairs and they are closed on Tuesdays, but Oasis 2 is open. On Wednesdays, Oasis 2 is closed but Oasis 1 is open. Anytime I am sore or need a massage, I definitely check here first before going elsewhere. My pictures below are of Oasis 2, the downstairs location

I’ve been a customer here for the last year, but today will be my last time going. Thus far since I have been going here the massages, and the services has been really great up until today which was very distasteful to me. The lady whom did my massage did a good job with the massage, however her customer service was very poor. I paid for the 1.5 deep tissue massage which is $70. The massage started at 1:50 which it suppose to stop at 3:20. She finished 10 mins before the time. I didn’t make a big deal out of it. When she left the room I got dress, and went in my purse to grab cash for a tip. I came out the room to hand her a tip, and she looked at my money and said no no no as if she wanted me to give her more. As a professional that’s was poor customer service, and she should be grateful to have received a tip, because tips are not REQUIRED. You get tips based on the service you’ve provided. I’ve never had no problem, because I always tip good service. However her behavior today have made them lose a good customer. Tell your employee thank you. If this is the service I’m going to receive as a paying customer I’m rather not continue my business with you. I hope this will allow you to speak with all employees on great customer service. Again Tips are not REQUIRED IT IS SOLELY BASED ON THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDE. I would hate to see a review from her reaction for a customer who doesn’t...

This was my first full body massage experience (to put things into context) so I came here with a friend not really knowing what to expect. Firstly, we did go with an offer - $25 for a 60 minute massage. No complaints there. However, there were a few things I was surprised by: You keep your clothes on, which I didn't expect. I had a dress on so it made it easy to put my legs in a bucket of warm water that they gave us right at the start. You're in a room full of other people, again, not what I expected but for $25 I guess I shouldn't complain. There are about 8 reclining couches in the room, 4 on one side, 4 on the other, facing each other. The room is dimly lit and has soft music playing in the background. But... you can hear some noise from the back room where the staff are, and if other customers whisper/talk you can definitely hear that (or if someone falls asleep and starts snoring (as we experienced, haha!) - you can definitely hear that). You're about an arm's length away from the person next to you.

The massage itself was really great. They do a thorough job and are very polite. My only peeve is that I could smell the remnants of cigarette smoke on my masseur. On my way out I noticed a few of them by the escalators taking a cigarette break, so that explained it.

4* because despite the above, I do think a 60 minute massage for $25 is a...

The website description is different than what is actually offered. We did the oasis special which says full body on the website. In the first room they only did our back and back of legs, which is not fully body. Then in the other room they did neck and head and then feet. But it was hard to enjoy because there was a CHILD just chilling and making noises in the room on their iPad squirming around. Not ok. At first I tried to let it go because I thought maybe it was one of the workers' kids and they didn't have daycare, but then we realized the child belonged to one of the customers in the room. Kids should not be allowed in those rooms if they're not getting services. When we talked to what seemed like a supervisor at the end he kind of apologized but more just wanted to keep saying it was a full body. He admitted that they did miss our upper thighs... and we pointed out to him that the website was different and that there was a child in the room that made it not relaxing, and he still didn't give us any kind of discount or future credit (We didn't ask for one but he should have offered something in good customer service faith). The massage wasn't terrible it just wasn't a great experience. Probably won't be returning. I will say, if you just go for the foot massages I'm sure it's a pretty...
