I was considering taking a class with Regina until I saw how she handled a client’s review online. She posted the review across all her social media along with her playlist and mocked the person. The comments that followed were even worse and Instead of shutting down those ugly comments, the instructor replied to them, which made it seem acceptable to make someone feel bad for sharing honest feedback. Publicly dragging a client is never okay. It makes others wonder what else might get shared or mocked if they ever shared their own experience or thoughts on the class. We never know someone’s personal comfort level or what they might be sensitive to and it’s not right to humiliate them for expressing it. As a Hispanic woman, I was also disheartened to see race brought into the comments and tolerated by this instructor, instead of shutting it down. That kind of negativity has no place in a community built around health, respect, and self-growth. If I were that person, I’d never feel comfortable returning to the studio even to try a different instructor and if this studio allows this kind of behavior from instructors it shows they do not value a positive and welcoming environment. Pilates should be a welcoming, inclusive space that encourages growth and respect, not one where clients are shamed for sharing how they feel. Please be kinder it’s a shame to see the lack of professionalism

Had my first Pilates class ever with Diana this Sunday and she did not disappoint!! The workout was challenging yet she provided the necessary modifications for those who couldn’t keep up or had injuries. She made sure each and every one of us were doing the correct moves and the proper technique. Definitely will be back again!

I really enjoyed my Pilates class with Tiffany this past weekend. I really liked the unique setup in the studio. Her class is amazing and it's definitely a great workout. I just think you should offer towels to the people who attend the class. I will definitely be back for another class.

I’ve taken 2 classes and today would’ve been my third. Regina’s noche latina class is something I’ve been looking forward to every week. I enjoy it and her teaching and I also take her mat Pilates class. They don’t play about being late! Be there on time! Today I got out of work late in the Med Center and thought I could make it on time as gps said 7:28pm. Sadly I didn’t make it until 7:35 and class was already started. I’m super sad about it, but I’ll try again next week (see u Sat for mat pilates lol). I have credits with One Sweat but I must’ve forgotten I booked today’s class with ClassPass. The girl working the desk was sad with me that I got out of work late and couldn’t help me. So if you book with ClassPass try to get there extra early.

*5 stars for Regina. But it’s 4stars for the place because when I called to ask about late policy (I couldn’t find it in the app) no one would answer the phone. I’ve called before for other questions and they never answer or the call gets forwarded...

Diana’s class was GREAT! I have worked out at SWEAT before… But only the classes with running and weights across the street. This was my first Pilates class with them and I was very impressed.

I really appreciated the flow of the class. It was not immediate boot camp, instructor screaming at you, which is the case at a lot of Pilates classes, and I personally do not like that style of teaching.

Diana left time for warm-up and cool down which almost never happens in Pilates and the class was challenging, but manageable. I also really appreciated the playlist as it featured a lot of throwback hits from when I was in high school. I feel super old saying that, but wanted to touch on how great the music was!

TAKE THIS CLASS! Also, the studio is super beautiful and aesthetic, and I think you will enjoy the vibe if you like the darker moodier...
