Beautiful Nail salon, too bad the nail tech that did my nails (Alyssa) did a HORRIBLE job on my nails! I visited the Nail Salon during my lunch break. I got a pedicure by Mya which was decent she did a great job with my cuticles & polish but my feet were not soft at all. I was told thatâs because I got a regular pedicure, which is crazy because thatâs no excuse for me to walk out how I came in! ANYWAY⌠Back to Alyssa! Alyssa did my nails while I was getting my pedi which I hate because 1) itâs uncomfortable 2) they are not using an overhead light to really see what they are doing and 3) they rush. I was running late to work from my lunch so after Alyssa finished my filling, I PAID and told her that I would be back to finish up my polish after work. While I was back at work & looking at my nails I noticed how thin they were & that I could split / separate my nails from the freshly applied acrylic (the fresh ânewâ ) filling that I just got which is crazy! Crazy because if I wouldâve had time to polish right then & there, I wouldnât have noticed! Then when I returned to complete my service I had to give step by step instructions! Oh I forgot to mention I got white polish, so yâall already know imperfections are very noticeable! To wrap this up I still left frustrated & unsatisfied!    Read moreToday I got a color change on my acrylics, not a refill as my tech told me. It was powder and my nails came out pretty. My only nitpick is that my nails werenât shaped identical, which I alerted my nail tech Alyssa and she obliged. I loved that ! My suggestion would be to match the nails while working as reshaping in the end can become tedious for both the client and technician. Nevertheless my nails are fire !! I also wasnât keen on the denial of refreshments I was given, as they give complimentary drinks however, I asked the owner if I could have another moscato and she stated that itâs only one cup per customer, and they donât have it like that ( I may have said this and she agreed) either way it read cheap (Barefoot wine - good wine yet affordable). If customers are dropping 200$+ you should be accommodating with the serving. She did offer water, but respectfully, thatâs not what I requested. This is a suggestion moving forward, to simply be accommodating. The girl who did my pedicure (Jessica) was also awesome ! I recommend her :) Another note, turn up the music sooner and allow the room to vibe. All and all, my experience was well, the techs were accommodating.With minor improvement this place could potentially be the perfect girl...

The owner did not like my honest review and attempted to discredit my character by stating I asked for a discount- ABSOLUTELY NOT. She then suggested I was used to low cost services and was uneducated to her exemplary salon quality- LAUGHED OUT LOUD. If only she knew my self care budget. Unfortunately, I was not treated well by her staff nor herself and I will continue to let the public know about my poor service and THE OWNERS poorer response. I am a real person with real feelings my intention was positive when visiting this salon but my experience was not and Iâm going to stand on that . It is now about the principle of this person attempting to mute my voice!!!!!

If I receive poor service my review is poor - if I receive excellent service my review is excellent.... you have joined the ranks of very poor service.
