I’m in town because my daughter has a cheer competition in the morning, let me paint a picture though. 100s of preteen girls screaming at the top of their lungs for hours, but also 100s of moms screaming at the same time. I’ve recently began my quest to stop smoking so vaping has been a crutch and it’s working really well, but given the previous couple sentences you can see where not having that crutch would be a problem right?

Anyways this store saved me. Not just me, they saved my soul. I broke the mouth piece on my rig in a parking lot. After a google search I found this place, I called and found out google isn’t lying. They really are open until 10. I call again to ask if they have my preferred tank in stock (I forgot the first time) and they do ! So the day is saved. My sanity, is saved. I get there as quick as I can. I tell Richard what had happened and what I needed. You know what he said? He said “man you don’t need a new tank, just a mouthpiece”

Customer service was very bad. Walked in and the guy asked me what I was there for and I told him I wanted to buy some juice. That was the extent of our exchange cause he spent the rest of my time there on his cellphone and I had to ask him for the testers. Which btw all tasted pretty bad like the juice had been sitting in the tanks for way to long. The juice selection was alright but I didnt know anything more than what I could read off a bottle and taste in a nasty tester. Had an excellent visit. Bought 2 vape devices after talking to employee, I'm guessing Richard, (that's the name on the receipt and I can't remember for the life of me if that's his name) and him taking time to explain devices and juices to us. He was super helpful and courteous. Paid us plenty of attention and was helping other customers. Definitely has a passion for his job and what he represents for the store which is very good and translates into superior customer service.
