My overall experience at this movie theater has not been good. My boyfriend and I purchased tickets online to watch Inside Out 2 on July 3rd. They charged us 7.50 for each ticket. Upon arrival I go to get my tickets scanned at the front door however the employee notifies me that we need to wait in line at the box office in order for them to manually print the tickets out. The line for the box office was extremely long and they only had one window open. Upon receiving our tickets we noticed the price difference immediately, the tickets they gave us were priced at 6.00 meaning buying tickets online was not only a waste of time but a waste of money as well. Next we get inside the movie theater and the elevator is broken. This is usually not an issue for me, but I'm currently 9 months pregnant so having to go up the stairs to get to auditorium 2 was very hard on my body. As well as, heavily limits handicap accessibility. The seats need to be renovated and up to date like other movie theaters. Staff also needs to check the auditoriums more often because half way through the movie after the other movie lets out, this family of 7 sneaks into the theater that we're in, making a lot of noise as they do so, to watch the rest of the movie. I'm not usually one to write reviews, however, I thought this experience should be known. Please add to the website that if you decide to purchase tickets online, that unless you print them at home, you will still be waiting in line at the box office. That day was extremely hot and there was no shade covering the box office. The clean restrooms are the reason I gave a 2 star...
Read moreThis place is decent and is cheap no matter what day you go, but unfortunately that means it's also filled with trashy people that have absolutely no manners or respect. They will talk/yell throughout the whole movie, chew their food as loudly as humanly possible, and constantly pull out their phones. I've even heard people answer their phones and have full on conversations I WISH I WAS EXAGGERATING. They recently changed it so that you can choose where you sit, but people don't care and sit wherever they want.
It's pretty rundown in general and the bathrooms are disgusting (again a reflection of the people that frequent this theater) but the staff have been nice in the interactions I've had. I believe there is room for improvement if the owners really want that, and they can start by being stricter about people's behaviors. But I believe they are complacent with the current state, and I can't really blame them given the class of people...
Read moreA terrible experience, which justifies the low price that the tickets cost. If you are lucky you'll find more than just one movie available at any particular time, if you are lucky they'll actually have more than popcorn or else you come across a sign letting everyone know that they are out of everything else. If you are lucky, you won't get an auditorium inside the first floor or else you'll have to spend the entire time watching a movie and hearing people walk down the street and those outside talking and laughing. The seats are outdated and as uncomfortable as getting a second plate of food at someone's else house. PS, if you see a typical family of 20 walk in into the same auditorium as you just know they'll have their kids running around and talking throughout the whole movie. Spend a few dollars elsewhere and actually...
