Holiday Villas II Beach Condos — Attraction in Indian Shores

I got here yesterday 7/23 for a whole week i rented 101 and to be honest its been horrible . Apon arrival the condo smelled like something died they gave me lysol wipes and a air freshner and said tomorrow morning they will come and clean . Night comes one bed is broken and the one my wife and i slept in was dirty . Woke up this morning nobody came it was like they didnt care . Then i discover the freezer is not working either all my frozen items went bad because i went 3 days without a freezer . This is not what i paid a grand + for . Im really upset . Never coming back if something isnt done . I really just want my money back and leave . Thats how upset i am . My family and i have been a client for 20 + years . The worst part was the back and forth with plumbee employees for almost my whole visit . I got hung up dozens of times by Jackie , their accountant , everybody was rude . It still smells nasty in here the floor , vents , couches , etc . Were all dirty . I have pictures of everything . Ohh and they fixed the bed with a can of paint . Lol ....

When we picked up the keys for the condo Florida Lifestyle made it very clear that if we parked in a spot that wasn’t our assigned one that our car would be towed. We had an issue with parking at the complex where someone was in our assigned spot. We went to the receptionist, Linda, in the parking lot for assistance. She was extremely rude and not helpful, she told us she couldn’t provide assistance because our condo was rented through another agency and told us to leave and not come back. We had to make multiple phone calls with the agency we rented the condo through, Florida Lifestyle, before they offered us a temporary spot for the day. We were told to “keep an eye” on our assigned spot and if it opened up to park there. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating. The condo’s hostile employees and the rental agencies lack of power to handle the problem have insured I’ll never stay at this complex or use the rental...

We had a great stay at the Condo. There is a bit of a need for some deep cleaning (vacuum under couch cushions, under furniture ... Etc) and the choices for cooking tools were in need of some addition or replacement. The dish detergent furnished (2 packs) left a horrible film on dishes but I bought a cheap pack from the store down the street and it worked great. The beds were clean, towels clean and soft! All main areas were very clean. We will come back to this unit but plan to bring extras for kitchen which to us is not a problem if we know to pack it. Thanks for a great stay!
