*OVERALL* I recommend this gym for all levels of experience, identity/background & goals. I literally have to force myself to take rest days because I love coming here- I’m in 5 days a week💪 Detailed review below (28 year old F/NB). Walked in about 5 weeks ago, free trial promo flyer in hand, immediately pulled into membership sales pitch. Yes, that felt pushy. They may also try to do this to your free guest (for members who have that option). HOWEVER I’m thankful that I ended up loving it 🤠 This spot opened up end of last year. They are still working out some kinks… I’ll start off with cons then go into the pros. **CONS** 1. WAITING/PARKING - It does get BUSY in evenings. I only come between 10AM-9PM. Weekdays after 6PM I usually have to wait 5-10 mins to use a weight machine. Sometimes groups of 3-4 will hog a machine & yap & I don’t bother waiting & skip to a substitute/another machine in my routine. Sat/Sun 2-6PM have been quietest (half full). Outside of that, have to look for parking and maybe park in the back towards Costco. 2. TRAINING - I started working with a trainer 4 weeks ago (EoS uses the Trainerize platform for their personal training app) and I didn’t get access to my program in the app until yesterday, due to some ‘errors’. As far as I understand this was not my trainer’s fault, but some technical error that only management or higher ups could fix but I don’t know why it took SO long. My trainer did her best to accommodate by giving a printable version. She is knowledgeable, kind, and supportive in our sessions but feels hard to reach outside of our sessions - I’ve had to remind her of things she promised to share with me (routine clarifications etc) - I know her schedule is absolutely packed with other clients. This location has something like 30 trainers so MAKE SURE you are on the same page regarding communication frequency so you aren’t disappointed! 3. TOWELS - The towels (premium membership??) are NOT soft at all (scratchy due to being washed so many times) & fuzzy pieces fly off onto my dark clothing. I try to bring my own towel usually. Today when wiping my face with the gym towel, I got fuzzy bits on my lips and in my mouth which was just… 😭 4. UPSELLING- they’ll try to upsell you on supplements, training, etc when you first join. **PROS** VALUE- Overall value can’t be beat. Huge range of basically new machines & weights. Always available lockers. I haven’t used/ever seen anyone else use the female showers but they look clean. The group classes are great- I loved my yoga class with relaxing bisexual club lighting (lighting a coincidence 😅) STAFF- enthusiastic, hardworking & seem to enjoy their workplace. generally give you attention immediately and genuinely try to answer your question. I’ve only once had to wait more than a few minutes for assistance, otherwise been helped out in about a minute. The front desk staff are EFFICIENT & friendly, always welcome you and say goodbye when you head out!! Isabella at the front has been a sweetheart to me since I first joined. DEMOGRAPHICS/OTHER MEMBERS- it may look intimidating because of its size, but it feels like a gym for everyone. Gym goers are polite! All ethnicities, body types. Huge age range (teens all the way up to 80s I’ve been told). I have been told that older demographics (say 50s+) visit earlier in the day. Visible fitness ranges from folks doing casual treadmill walks to biiig weightlifters. I haven’t witnessed or experienced any aggressive or creepy gymbro behavior. I’ve noticed a few gym goers with visible disabilities as well. This is not a quiet gym- I wear my sound canceling earplugs. *FOR LGBTQ+ FOLKS*: I didn’t see option for non-binary/others (only male/female) when signing up. HOWEVER Staff do refer to my name on my profile (which doesn’t match my ID). A few times a week I’ll see people who are clearly in the community (eg wearing pride shirts), but I’m sure there are more that just aren’t obvious. The gym has a gender neutral ADA bathroom with shower completely separate from F/M bathrooms.

OVERSOLD and way too crowded for me. Do you enjoy the crowds and lines at Disneyland more than the rides? Then this place is for you! I've tried to go when "popular times" chart on google maps says it is less busy but it always is still uncomfortably crowded. The only times I suspect it may NOT be busy is midnight to 4am. There are almost always cars circling for a parking spot when I go, and people circling you on equipment asking if you are almost done. Paying for personal trainers here seems to be a particularly bad idea because I see them and their clients standing and waiting as well. The line of 30(?) treadmills is often at capacity. Have you ever wondered why gyms usually have a rules sign that says no bags on the gym floor? They are everywhere at this gym (despite the sign). Gym towels seem to be more the exception than the rule. Last night there was water pouring from the ceiling onto some workout bikes. The sauna in the mens room has been broken for a week. When it works, PEOPLE ARE ARE CLOTHED + WEARING DIRTY SHOES, and the last time I was trying to use it a staff member came in during peak hours to power wash and told everyone to get out. I think the planet fitness massage chairs worked better than here, and I'm thinking about going back because the equipment was still fine and it is probably even less crowded now that everyone is at this gym instead.

This gym does get busy; i stopped caring the more i came and got used to it. If you have social anxiety may not be for you however the perks are worth it. Cleaning crew on top of it every night, outdoor area to stretch and sweat, private movie area (my fav), massage chairs, women’s private sauna and classes with variety (so much fun!) Shout out to Aaron for the amazing classes. last note: everytime i nudge employees and ask when things will be fixed im always given a short answer of maybe this day or that day etc. When i asked Greg he made me feel seen and took initivate with a solutions oriented approach. He took the time to contact management, vendors etc and boom! Women’s sauna is fixed. Anyway great gym 🙂

I tried so hard to like this gym. The equipment is new, the movie theater room is a fun addition and I think the location is ideal, HOWEVER, I have had multiple issues on multiple occasions that will result in me cancelling my membership. First of all, I was promised a special rate by the general manager before this location opened. Not only did they not honor that, the people who work at the front desk have consistently been relaying incorrect information and have been incredibly rude about it. Genuinely, I have never been treated with kindness and patience by the front desk staff at this location, you’d think they were trained to behave that way. There are fees at every step of the way if you sign a contract at EOS— a yearly fee, a monthly fee, a downgrade fee, a cancellation fee, when does it end?? I feel like I keep getting scammed! They aren’t upfront about this information at all, otherwise I wouldn’t have signed a contract. This gym has inadequate parking for the volume of people who attend. There have been several occasions where I’ve had to park in the shopping center by Mimi’s Cafe because there aren’t enough spots. This gym is RIDDLED with kids under 18 who don’t know what they’re doing and mess around inappropriately. It is not a good look for this gym that supposedly takes itself seriously. The gym layout leaves a lot to be desired. It’s incredibly intimidating and doesn’t feel at all welcoming. Overall, this place is just not it. Like I said, I tried really hard to like this place but they make it very difficult. I cannot stress enough that the front desk workers are so inpatient and rude, had they been nice about literally anything I’ve had concerns about, and not treated me like I’m an idiot, I may have kept my...

I joined this gym before they opened. It is a gym that is way oversold! The parking lot is horrendous with very little parking and super small spaces. Buyer beware…..When you sign up make sure they tell you about all the fees if you want to cancel. Also find out How to cancel. Not as easy as signing up! They are very quick to get back to you if you want to sign up and hound you with calls about signing up for personal training. Not only does the company charge you your monthly fee, they charge you your yearly fee if you cancel during the time of being charged your yearly fee. That in itself speaks volumes of what kind of company this is! It wasn’t quite the same getting in touch with management to discuss crediting me back the yearly fee in which they took out of my account, considering I won’t be there. I Made several attempts to contact management and was told Elaine was interviewing .Not even an offer of let me get your number and I’ll have management get back to you.The front desk connected me to billing, in which they cannot do anything. I emailed Elaine and got no response. I called back and spoke with Sydney in which I was told maybe I didn’t hear correctly when signing up regarding being charged my yearly fee as well if it fell within the 30 days of cancellation. I am a business owner myself and this process of canceling my membership was handled so unprofessionally! Charging me a yearly fee when I’m canceling my membership and will not be...
