I like shopping here but I experienced an racist experience from one of the cashier name Liz. I had gotten my Costco cards mixed up and I didn't realize it was going to be a hostile problem. I had misplaced my card and went into costco one day and got it replaced. I later found it and keep it in my wallet and when I went to make a purchase it declined the card and I had a card that I had since 2013 that I had got one time only with a friend that was no longer valid with out me paying to renew it. So I explained to the cashier name Liz that I was not going to be renewing that card because I had a current card and she told me that I was if I wanted to pay for my grocery. So I just gave her the third card which was the correct card but she was made and had major attitude and keep saying that I was holding up her line and she had to wait for a manager to come and key her register and when the manager came and it was explained to her she said you need to throw them away because they will never work again. So I said thank you and gave them to the cashier to throw them away. However when the manager came the cashier said don't leave in case this card does not work. Also while she was waiting for the manager she took the next customer behind me card and waived it towards me and began speaking Spanish to the customer and the team member that was assisting her and they all began to laugh all out loud at my expenses. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I made a simple mistake but I didn't deserve to be talked about and laughed at especially by a Costco employee. Some of what I wrote here I forgot to mention to Costco management staff but it is all the same humiliation is humiliation. I feel that she was lucky that she did it to me because if she had pulled that on a different customer that would've been a whole different out come. I feel that this is America and the language is English and that is what should be spoken at all times unless you are dealing directly with a person that doesn't speak English and you must speak whatever language that they speak to take care of business. I felt so very embarrassed and uncomfortable while spending almost two hundred dollars of my hard earned money. It is so sad that you have to travel far from home to be treated with the respect that you deserve. I am not prejudice because I come from a melting pot of cultures. My FATHER is Portuguese and Puerto Rico and my mother is Black, Indian and White. To my knowledge there are no 100 percent whole Black people because we are not from Africa. Therefore when other race of people are humiliating us they should think how it feels when people do that to them. I am sorry this has really trouble my soul to be embarrassed and made feel uncomfortable while spending my money and especially laughed at all out loud like someone told them a joke. I don't know what this world has come to we have a racist in the white house and the rest of the racist people just feel free to be them. I remember Marvin Gaye, song WHAT IS GOING ON!! How appropriate his song is still...
   Read moreDear Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your tire shop on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at approximately 12:10 PM.
Upon arrival, I explained to the cashier that I was in urgent need of tires. He informed me that the only available options were the more expensive tires priced at $194.99. I opted to purchase two of these tires and requested that he order two additional tires at the more reasonable price of $146.99. After processing my payment, I was told that I would be called when my order was ready.
After waiting for about an hour, I noticed other customers receiving cones to indicate their service status. When I inquired about this, I discovered that I was only charged for the $149.99 tires and not for the two additional tires I had requested. Fortunately, the manager, Eden, was able to rectify the situation, and at 1:12 PM, she had the cashier ring up the other two tires. However, he failed to provide me with a receipt for this transaction, leaving me with only the receipt for the $149.99 tires and a journal report instead of my original receipt.
When I attempted to pick up my car, the staff requested the receipt for the additional tires ($194.99). I explained that the gentleman who processed my order had taken the receipt. Despite having a receipt for the earlier transaction, the cashier doubted my claim and insisted that he had provided me with the receipt. This left me feeling frustrated and unsupported, ultimately forcing me to leave Costco without my original receipt.
Upon leaving the store, I noticed that my vehicleâs dashboard was still displaying a warning about my tire pressure. The manager came outside and placed a device on my tires, suggesting that perhaps the sensor was malfunctioning. He indicated that three of the four sensors were broken according to the device and offered to sell me replacements for $60 each. I also requested that he check the tire pressures. He confirmed that the recommended pressure was 32 PSI, but upon checking, the front left tire was at 30 PSI, and the rear tires were at 34 PSI and 35 PSI, respectively; I observed this on the air machine myself. After adjusting the pressures to 32 PSI, the manager did not offer any apology for the incorrect inflation of the tires or acknowledge it in any way.
Immediately upon driving away, the tire pressure alert activated again, indicating that the tire sensors were likely functioning correctly. This experience has raised serious concerns for me regarding the quality of service and oversight at your tire center. I feel as though I was placed in a potentially dangerous situation due to improper tire inflation and the lack of communication regarding the tire alert light.
I believe that the service I received was both inadequate and unprofessional. I would appreciate your feedback on this matter, as I am puzzled by the overall experience.
Thank you for your attention to this issue. I hope to hear back from you...
Read moreAnyone that has spent a few years, or in my case, a 3rd of their life in retail knows there are all sorts of managers that you have to deal with. As a retail worker, it's not hard to identify the different types of managers I encounter as a customer at other companies. You have good types, bad types, mediocre types , and then you have the the guys that nobody can even figure out how they got hired. Now at this store there is a general manager, you know, the guy who I'm assuming is "running" the show. My first impression was that this dark and handsome man would command and assist with respect, ethic, and drive. Instead I got a man with a limp extremity and the drive of a burnt out alcoholic. After interacting and inspecting his store, I decided he falls into the " who hired you and why?" category.
Who am I talking about? Why am I here? Where am I going with this?
DJ , please cue the drum roll....... RUSSELL! You are not a winner! You suck! Your store is dirty, your employees are rude , you are disrespectful and unhelpful, and the worst part is that you are even worse than your employees. I'm fairly certain that Russell had family in the company that helped promote his disrespectful ass so that he could move out of mama's house. Lord freaking knows this clown wasn't going to make it in life without someone pulling some strings.
TELLING ME THAT I SHOULD SMILE MORE AND COMPLAIN LESS WAS WAAAAYYYY OUT OF LINE.
Ok so for the sake of being fair, there was one employee that really shined. Erik in the automotive department was a freaking angel. He is the kind of guy that every woman dreams of having put a ring on their finger. Forget the fact that he's a smoking hot, his personality literally had women running to the bathroom and discarding their panties because they were drenched. I actually witnessed other women throwing their garments into a trashcan in the women's room. Still though, so dreamy and steamy. This guy would dramatically boost sales if he was the face of the store. You need to fire Russel and let Erik take charge. DM me if you want to transfer money to me for helping bolster and improve company perception amongst your customers due to my...
