My very first visit to this hardware store and it was nothing but positive all the way around! I stopped in just to browse and check out the store and any employee that seen and notice that I was not a regular introduced themselves and asked me if I needed any help finding anything which was very nice. There was a younger female employee working the register and she was so polite and quick making checking out very pleasant, easy, and non stressful! The store is super clean, and the shelves are well organized and also very clean. The friendliness and willingness to help their customers along with the layout/categorization of their products/isles made such a positive first impression that I am going to be a long time returning customer! As a former employee and frequent shopper of Ace Of Inverness I can say with no Bias that Bubby (Store Manager) and his team run a TOP NOTCH operation. Manny (Screen repair) is one of the best in the Buisness hands down! They carry products you can’t find anywhere besides online. This store is a one stop shop. Great selection and Fair prices. The store is clean and inviting. When it comes to Superior and valued customer service, Sammy is your guy. He always goes above and beyond to ensure you have found everything you need and if not he will try and special order it for you! Never rent a uhaul from this location. I had trouble backing up with the trailer no matter which way it was backed up trailer screwed to right or left. I told them that but insisted I go around back where I waited after 20minutes a young man got behind the wheel he moved my vehicle backwards then towards. He then went to the back where he guided me back then foward and then showed me damage to my rear bumper he then told me to come into the office where I was met by an old grouchy man who said you didn't take the insurance (which was never offered to me) then he said the rivets on the uhaul popped and you better leave before we charge you for a new trailer. I then went to Affordable auto collision who gave me a price to repair it which I will be paying out of pocket. There are 10 uhaul locations within a few miles. Id strongly recommend DO NOT GO TO...
