Springfree Trampoline Issaquah — Attraction in Issaquah

I would give this 5 stars if it wasn't the hardest thing in the world to set up. We used both paper and the Bilt app. It was a nightmare. You really need to watch the entire video, take it step by step but also listen ahead about 4-5 steps then go back. There was definitely crying that happened, blood was drawn and I think this really needs to be assembled with two, grown, very strong men. I did this with my husband and we are both very strong but it was a one of the hardest things we have ever done lol. We almost gave up twice. The rods are definitely the hardest part and super confusing. You do not want to try to skip ahead or get into a groove. Take it step by step all the way.

Fedex was AWFUL with the delivery. They said it was delivered at one point, then when I called they said it was going to be 4 days later. Half came the next day when we were out of town and then the other half came the following day. Packaging wasn't bad.

All that being said, I would buy it again. My kid freaking loves this thing. He is going to be 6. Our 16 year old twins also spent 3 hours on it. My 6 year old did sneak out at 5 am the next day to jump so the lock on the net is a great idea! Very good quality. I am surprised it made it through set up LOL. I think we will use this for many years. We will buy a cover for it as taking this thing down is never going to...

Service - excellent. I first ordered our trampoline on-line, and then realized we would be away during delivery. I contacted Springfree Trampoline and they were able to hold the deliver by two weeks.

We received our trampoline and unfortunately one manufactured piece was defective. I took a picture of the defect and sent it in (on-line) and a replacement piece arrived within 1-2 days. I was completely surprised because I did not ask about turn around time and just made the assumption it would take up to a week or longer.

Product - excellent. We have not had any issues with our trampoline. We ordered the 10 foot Medium Round and there is ample space for jumping. Living in Western Washington where we have many gray days but not much snow, we are able to use it outdoors all year 'round. Some days require a quick dry with a towel and the kids find this to be an easy task.

Overall Satisfaction - This item has provided hours of outdoor fun and hands down is the best investment we made for promoting exercise and getting out...

I came here just now to pick up my trampoline which was already paid for 2 weeks ago. Just to be informed by the brewery security next door they are now closed on Thursday.

No signage on the door, no phone call or emails advising me that they are changing hours or that I need to pick up sooner.

Update - it gets worse. I showed up as they opened today, and they didn’t have my purchase staged or ready to load, even though I had been told it would be ready to go for pickup yesterday. It took both employees and almost 30 minutes for them to find it in one of the storage units.

Highly advise avoiding the store and just order online from Springfree directly. I thought it would be better to deal with the local store and have come to regret...
